About the Owner

My family and I first holidayed to Menorca in 2002 and fell in love with the island. Family friends owned a villa in Binibeca and suggested that we too bought a villa for our family holidays. The following February we came out to Menorca with the view to purchasing a property, and as soon as we saw this villa, we knew it was 'the one'. We've been holidaying in Menorca 4-5 times a year ever since, and it's the best thing we've done. We see this villa as our second home and consequently you can be assured we maintain a high standard throughout.

Relaxing setting for a family get together.

This villa was very spacious and clean and provided a wonderful setting for a three generation holiday. Plenty of communal space for everyone to sit around but also big enough for people to have their own space too. The terrace area was lovely for meals and beautiful views and the swimming pool is fabulous. Pool and gardens were maintained to a very high standard. Would recommend this property highly.

In terms of location we were pleased we hired a car. Although binibeca beach and Cala Torret were within walking distance it would have been quite a walk for the children (not the 1km away beach, not sure where that one was!). The location was lovely and quiet with stunning sea views, and we loved the local beaches.

Fabulous villa and location

A great setting for a wonderful holiday.

The villa was very clean and well equipped (don't need to stock up on many store cupboard basics - already provided).

Enough living space for one large or two small families, if thinking about travelling with friends. Pool area fantastic - amazing views of the sea, sailing boats, the sunset.

Located in a newly developed area of similar properties, approximately 1-2km from a quaint little area of streets with small restaurants, shops, minimarket, etc. A little further on, Binibeca Vell - very pretty. In the other direction, Punta Prima - busier, seaside resort, but some nice restaurants on the front.

Sa Cava restaurant/bar/grill (on road from villa to Binibeca) - about 1km away - is a lovely place to eat, drink and chill out.

A visit to Fortress La Mola is a good half-day excursion (30min drive) - we hired a golf buggy whilst there to explore the area - good fun.

A lovely area to stay, quiet but not remote. Great holiday.

Great villa in Torret de Baix

We had a great time in this fantastic villa! The location is very good, on a hill overlooking the Mediterranean. The villa is spacious and well equiped. The garden is lush and the pool area is well maintained. Walking distance to the sea and a few restaurants. Recommend to have a car to get around the island.

Activity and Interests


20 minute walk to Binibeca beach. 25 minute walk to Punta Prima beach. Only a couple of minutes by car. Both beaches are very pretty, family friendly, with lifeguard service & sun-bed hire. Shops, bars & restaurants are close at hand.


Mahon airport 20 minutes away by car.

Car hire recommended. Owner can arrange car hire upon request.
