The property is located in the southern region of Alicante. The province of Alicante is located in eastern Spain in the Community of Valencia. Situated on the Mediterranean coast, in the region known as the Costa Blanca, the province is bordered by Valencia to the north, Murcia in the south west and the Mediterranean Sea to the east. enjoy beautiful blue flag beaches, all year round mild climate, delicious cuisine and friendly, warm welcome from the locals. The property is only 30 minutes away from Alicante Airport, and 45 Minutes from Murcia Airport, its is 30 minute drive to a 30 mile stretch of award winning blue flag beaches. This is a perfect location for walkers,cyclists and nature/wildlife enthusiasts. Ideal for families. The entire property is fenced with double gates at the entrance. our 8 bedroom finca in our Spanish village is ideal for a couple of families or groups, it is available 365 days a year, The cave house, ideal for the hot summer months because its lovely cool all year round inside climate. We love this area that much we bought this property in 2012, we have had a Finca in the village of La Murada since 2009, the spanish locals make you feel very welcome and the area is really safe.

There is banks, bars, restaurants, very good Indian restaurant, loads of tapas bars, you can get menu del dia between 8-15 euros, 5 courses of food including a drink, a kebab shop, petrol station, tobacco shop, 4 supermarkets

If your expecting Benidorm please don't book, this is a lovely spanish area, close Enough to travel to the touristy areas, but then you get your very own Finca surrounded by orange trees, a lovely relaxing private pool area, not overlooked, it's situated just off the main road with street lighting and it's a 10 minute easy walk into the middle of the village

The main house has a double bedroom with ensuite, a double bedroom, 2 rooms with 2 single beds (4 single beds in total ) the main

House sleeps 8 people

The cave house has a a double bedroom a family bedroom which consists of a double bed with 2 caves linked to it with 2 single beds, the cave house sleeps 6 people.

We looked for a property for 2 years our search first started in France after looking on the web we decided to look around Murcia in Spain, after several trips to Spain staying in different areas and 2 offers falling through we decided to give up, but by chance we decided we would have one last day with an agent looking around the costa blanca south area, after 2 years of looking, our last house we found our dream holiday home, we found the perfect village of La Murada, its not a tourist village but a proper Spanish working village surrounded by orange and lemon groves, whenever you visit the village remains the same. After 5 years spending 5-6 months a year a property came up for sale we heard about, we loved our village and area that much we decided to purchase this property

Great multi family accommodation

This house was exactly what we needed 3 family's with children aged 12-2 They were all catered for.

The house was a great size that we wernt all on top of each other the kids loved the pool and there was plenty of space for football cops and robbers whatever there imagination desired.

The house Is family friendly so your not constantly shouting don't touch that or worrying that the kids are going.tp break stuff.

It had all the amenities you could ask for and plenty of food storage. Martin and his wife could not have been more welcoming or helpful throughout our stay and I cannot thank them for sharing there beautiful home with us. If you just want time away from the hustle and bustle and relax you definatly can here.

Amazing holiday

We visited for a family holiday with our 3 children ( 2 teenagers - one with autism - and a 3 year old ) we had a fabulous time!

Both houses exceeded our expectations .. There was so much space. The coolness of the cave house was bliss ... And it was so full of character. The main house had plenty of room for 2 teenagers to each have their own space. Both properties were so well equipped it was home form home, except with unbroken sunshine ! We cooked and enjoyed many meals on the terrace and in the orchard. It was so lovely to pick a lemon for the tree when we needed one !

The property is well secured so we had no worries about either our 3 year old or learning disabled child escaping.

The pool area is perfect.. Comfy loungers, easy to use parasols, music in the bar and sun all day long. It was great to have the pool all to ourselves and use it any time day or night.

The views of the mountains and orange and lemon groves were beautiful from the house, pool, orchard and roof terrace, we enjoyed the rural feeling but it was not isolated.

We walked to the village and enjoyed the quiet local feel. Everyone we met was very friendly and the village had everything we needed, the market was great.

The area around the finca had lots to explore, the festival at Oriheula and the mud baths at Lo Pagan were highlights... There is so much to do we hardly scratched the surface.

Travelling with an autistic child can be very challenging. We found the villa met his needs really well. He had his own room, space for his toys and we could keep his routines similar to home. He loves swimming but finds interacting with others in a communal pool difficult so having our own pool was brilliant.

Martin and Dawn were excellent hosts, available at the end of the phone for any queries we had and they helped us get to know La Murada. The property was spotless both inside and out.

All in all it was a brilliant holiday and we hope to be back ... Thanks so much
