PLEASE NOTE : The apartment is suitable for 6 guests only (although may accommodate 8 guests if there are adults staying with children). The third bedroom contains bunk beds only (adults may only occupy the bottom bunks)

Eden Roc is a new chalet, designed and constructed by locally renowned architect and builder Michel Thevenet (Neige et Constructions). The apartment enjoys uninterrupted 180 degree views from La Balme (in the East of the village) to Beauregard (in the West). These magnificent views can be enjoyed whilst relaxing on the sofa in the living room, or from one of the comfortable chairs on the terrace. Courchevel style wood adorns the walls and ceilings of the apartment creating a warm feeling throughout. The custom built bunk beds are a feature - a cosy room for children to enjoy after a day on the slopes. The Stovax wood burning fireplace and flat screen television (with international tv and Wifi) are a focal point in the living room. Sit on one of the reclining chairs or the sofa (or even the cow hide rug!) and enjoy the sun set or simply gaze at the stars or the mountains in the moonlight.

We first visited La Clusaz in 2011 and fell in love with the village and surrounding areas (including beautiful Annecy and its stunning lake - which is ideal for Summer stays in the Alps). We spent the next two years looking for a suitable apartment to accommodate our family (we have four children aged between 3 and 10). After viewing some of the previous projects of local architect and builder Michel Thevenet, we were impressed with the finish and quality of their work, that we purchased an apartment in their upcoming Eden Roc Chalet development.

Our apartment was finished in the Summer of 2014, which was completed to our exact specification and we our thrilled with the result.

We are renting out the property for several peak weeks of the year, when we will be unable to stay there.

“The apartment has been beautifully designed and decorated. It could easily sleep 8 people and has everything you could possibly need. The resort was only 1 hour transfer from the airport and easily located. The resort has everything you need and some fantastic restaurants. We had lots of snow and were able to ski everyday. We would highly recommend visiting!”
