Apartment in Benalmadena Costa, Benalmadena, Costa del Sol, Spain - In A Small Traditional Andulician Style Complex

A good sized apartment with rooms that are well planned out so it has the feel of a house. It is a very private complex with two bedrooms nicely set out in the style of a Andalucian village with gardens and swimming pool, private car park with security, 500 meters from beach, restaurants, shops and bars all within a 2 minute walk but without the noise. Wifi internet and British TV is available.

The apartment has a kitchen, utility room, dining room/lounge, T.V and DVD. Two terraces front and back to ensure you make the best of the sunshine. Very good for children (we have 3 ourselves).

his was our second visit to this apartment and it was just as perfect as the first. Very close to the beach and within easy walking distance of Tivoli World, Paloma Park and the Marina. Amazingly quiet location within a gated complex which adds to your peace of mind, clean and well equipped. You really couldn't ask for more from a holiday apartment.

The apartment was so clean with all you really needed ! Lovely grounds , and a pool that felt as if it was our own personal pool . So close to all amenities , but there was no noise , it was ideally situated . Close to bus routes and taxi's , you could go anywhere at the drop of a hat ! If there were any problems there is a contact number , and it would be dealt with straight away ... You could not wish for a nicer place to stay , we will definitely book again , but this time for a longer stay !

Fantastic location, great pool

I am writing this review on the last day of our stay. The apartment has exceeded our expectations. The photos do not really do it justice. It has a fair sized west facing terrace and is much more bright and airy than the photos suggest. The pool and gardens are great and is never crowded. We have had it to ourselves several times.

The location is ideal for the beach and Avenida Palmeras. The only problem with such a central location is difficulty in finding a parking space for our rental car. If you find yourself in a similar position I suggest parking near the Selwo Marina in the evening, after it has closed.

We are flexible on changeover days but have a minimum stay of 5 days. We ask for an initial deposit of £100 per week booked and the balance payable 8 weeks before departure. Keys sent to you direct together with details so you can simply get on and enjoy your holiday. With family based in resort should their be any difficulties whilst away.

Changeover Day:
Prefer weekends but flexible dates now available as recognise flights maybe cheaper avoiding the weekends.

Notes on prices:
Cleaning and linen plus utilities are included in the prices.
Service charge of £25 per booking to cover utilities
