A conveniently placed one bedroom apartment adjacent to our Villa. Only a short walk to very nice shops and cafes plus high quality restaurants. Slightly further takes you to the ferry port and harbour from where you can catch the daily ferry service to the charming but rather dry island of Porto Santo with its fantastic 9km long sandy beach.

My name is Richard T S Harris and I have been into Holiday Letting for over 21 years now. Elaine, my partner, and I own this Villa and are happy to offer it to the Holiday Letting market when we are not using it. It is in a very convenient location being a short walk downhill into the Town Centre with a big variety of shops, restaurants and places of interest,. There is a regular bus service just a short distance from the Villa with buses going in all directions.

I currently run Best of Brighton & Sussex Cottages from my home in Rottingdean, Sussex with some 85 properties available on a self catering basis throughout Brighton & Hove and in Rottingdean, Lewes, Eastbourne and Shoreham

All prices quoted are for two people occupying the apartment. A third person can be accommodated on either the bed settee or on a Z-bed at a cost of £50 per week. Longer stays of one to three months would be subject to a discount.
