Excellent Victorian Town House

Four Adults and Two children stayed in this house although it comfortably accommodates 7 people. The house is a Victorian Town House situated on a hill overlooking St Ives. This makes for terrific views from the front of the house. Btw if you don't like hills, St Ives is not the place for you. Back to the house - it is very tastefully decorated with modern furniture etc and has all mod cons. Two of the bedrooms are ensuite plus a family shower room. Beds very comfortable. TVs in all bedrooms plus large screen one downstairs. We did not have to ask for anything as everything was spot on. Very clean on arrival. Towels and bed linen excellent. The owner lives next door and we chatted to her several times and she gave us good tips. Nothing is too much trouble. I would have no hesitation to recommend this property.

The house is in a beautiful location just a few mins walk from the town center, and has stunning view across the town to the harbour and the open sea. We chose this location for its quietness away from the hustle and bussle of the town, yet its just a few steps from the beaches, train and bus station and the town center.
