One of 17 Sparkling white Villas, it shares an enviable position with beautiful sea views to one side and mountain views to the other. There is a shared pool with kiddies paddling pool and a secure gate to the beach just 100 meters walk. Parking for 3 cars on the front drive. Large supermarket and Vera Water Park a short car ride and bars and restaurants a 5 minute walk away. 20 minute drive to world famous Desert Springs Golf course. The national park Cabo de Gata about half an hours drive and well worth it the drive is quite spectacular.

About Sandie Lawrence

Hi, let me introduce my husband Jamie and myself Sandie. We are both ex professional Ice Skaters who have, during our touring days, travelled extensively in Europe and further afield. So have experience in staying in Hotels and B and B's. Plus Jamie's parents owned a large Hotel in Bourneouth and I owned a smaller Hotel in Leicester before we met and married in 2001.

We have owned Casa Indalo for 12 years and have put our hearts into turning it into a haven for not only ourselves and our family but our guests who decide they would also like enjoy the delights of our lovely villa on the beautiful Acapulco Residencia.

We bought the villa because of the location. It's proximity to the beach, the lovely villages close by and easy reach of 3 major airports. No high rise Hotels or apartment perfect!

You will enjoy all the benefits of a home from home. We have put our personal touch to the decor and furnishings and have included everything you could want or need for a comfortable stay. Fully equipped kitchen, large lounge/dining room with bay window overlooking the front garden. 3 Large double bedrooms with en suites, 2 Terraces and a roof top Solarium for private sunbathing.

Rear garden with permanent large BBQ, lemon for the G&T's....Plenty of sun loungers, Tables and chairs for Al Fresco dining. Parking for 3 vehicles.

Cleaning service is available if needed at extra charge. The villa is cleaned before and after rental period.

Booking Notes:
Book directly with us via email (provided) We ask for a 25% deposit to secure the booking with the balance 6 weeks before arrival date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit card payments but bank transfers to our Spanish Bank account. Details will be provided.


Changeover Day:
Our changeover day is Saturday in the high season of July and August. Check in from 3pm check out is 10/11am on day of departure.

Notes on prices:
Low season. Oct to March(incl) 650 Euros per week. Mid season. April to Mid June 800 Euros per week. High season Mid June, July, Sept. 1000 Euros per week. Christmas and Easter 950 Euros per week. Long term rents can be arranged from Nov to end of March @ 650 per month plus Electric and Water usage.minimum 3 months

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
