Relax on your own patio area or around the communal swimming pool and soak up the sun in this quiet residential block. For those who like the hustle & bustle of the beach a 10 minute walk brings you to the Levante beach and promenade. A short stroll down the road brings you to some of Benidorm's most famous bars and restaurants, so the atmosphere is never too far away.

Booking Notes:

A returnable security bond of 200 Euros is required.
An amount of 40 euros will be deducted from the security bond for final cleaning of the apartment. Please ask for our Cancellation Rules.
Subject to same day arrivals/departures, you are required to vacate the apartment by 10.00am and arrivals can enter by 4.00pm

Changeover Day:
Changeover days can be flexible to suit holiday requirements. Meet & greet at the property from 9.00am till 10.00pm Other times to be discussed prior to arrival. Luggage storage can be arranged so you can enjoy the last day of your holiday.

Notes on prices:
Prices quoted are in Euros.
Any day arrival accepted.
Prices include electricity and water (abusive use of the hot/cold aircon unit will be charged accordingly).
An amount of 40 Euros is charged for final cleaning on departure.
Linen and towels are provided for the duration of your holiday.
A returnable security deposit of 200 Euros is to be paid which will be returned on departure after final inspection of the apartment.
A non-returnable 25% deposit secures your holiday dates and the balance is to be paid 45 days prior to arrival

Our Summer 2016 stay in Marabu B1

Booking was safe and secure used Global Webpay,Phoned when leaving airport and was met at gate by Ali who showed us round and how to use equipment, the Apartment was clean and exactly as shown in photos.

There were 4 in our party my wife & I both in our mid 60's our two grandsons 11 & 8. the boys had the bedroom and we used the sofa bed which was so easy to put up and down and surprisingly comfortable We were very lucky to have 3 lovely Irish ladies next door Ali even came round and opened the adjoining gate so we could chat.Its location means its very quiet on a night and you can sit outside and relax in peace and quiet.

We had the pool to ourselves most times, which although showing its age was kept clean and tidy.

Cafe and supermarket just across the road, as was drop off and pick up transfers, the bus into Centro/old town also runs past.the apartment and its just a short walk to Aqualand.

The only negative thing is that its up a steep hill and I found it a bit of a struggle as the days went on with my bad knees though kids had no problems, the apartment with having such a large terrace would have benefited having a couple of sunbeds and a large umbrella for eating under and creating shade.

All in all a very enjoyable holiday thanks Ali.

Great stay in nice, modern apartment

First of all thanks for the warm welcome by Alistair and Sharon who were at the exact time of our arrival at the Maribu apartment. It was a pleasure meeting them. The apartment is brand new, modern and up to standard and well equipped. The airco (warm and cold) is working perfectly as, although its Benidorm it can be quit cold in the evening. If you have a car its safely parked in secluded parkingspot next to apartment. Furthermore Supermarket at 100 yards, and a 10 minute walk will bring to to beach, cafeterias,restaurants and all you need further.The old town walking along the boulevard taken approx 30 mins.depending how "quick"you want to walk. The apartment is fit for 4 persons, however would recommend for 2 adults + child or 3 adults.

The area where the Maribu app. is situated is very quit,so no noise at night, as if you would be staying in a Centre apartment you may find some "difficulties"with sleep concerning the noise. As personal circumstances were reason for staying in Benidorm (as we not so keen on Benidorm ourselves). I can only recommend this apartment to those who wish to visit Benidorm as we found it to be the exact right place to stay.

Benidorm's Levante beach is just 750 metres walk from the apartment block, Benidorm's Poniente beach and La Cala beach are a short drive or bus ride away, for those who like to explore the adjoining villages of Albir, Altea (pebble beaches) and Calpe, local bus services are running daily to these "must see" other areas of the coast line.


Alicante International airport is located at 67km (58km motorway driving) Valencia airport is 150km (133km on motorway).

Car hire is not essential as everything is within walking distance, the bus service into the centre of Benidorm runs regular and taxis are a whistle away.

Car hire is recommended for those who like to explore and visit all the beautiful surrounding areas of Albir, Alfaz del Pi and Altea etc.


Albir 9km away, is the next coastal village travelling north with its distinctive pebble beach. Altea follows famous for its old Spanish streets leading up to the church. Calpe is a further 22km north. Inland takes you to the villages of Alfaz Del Pi, La Nucia, Polop and Callosa D'Ensarria. Further inland takes you to "Guadalest" and "Fonts D'Algar" 2 very popular sight seeing places to visit. Further north, Valencia city is 160kms away. Travelling south, Alicante city is 46kms away.

Further Details:

Benidorm boasts its beaches but it can also boast its theme parks, Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Mundo Mar to name just a few. For that special night out, Benidorm Palace is the place to visit. If you like boating then maybe you fancy having lunch on Benidorm Island using their regular shuttle service to and fro, or even travelling as far as Calpe and Alicante on a day excursion.

For the hard core shoppers, Benidorm has two regular open air markets to visit for that holiday bargain and if that’s not enough then each adjoining village has its own outdoor market on different days of the week.

A contact person is on hand for those unforeseen problems that may occur during your stay. Any day arrival is accepted which can help favour flight times and costs. Outside: Outside of each apartment is a large square patio area, secure entry by electric gate, they are perfect for sunbathing , kids playing or just relaxing reading the latest novel. The Marabu block does have a shared swimming pool so for the extra hot days a quick dip is never to far away. Outside furniture is provided.
