Contemporary and unique a loft apartment in the heart of historic Lisbon with lift. The entire building has been restored and is situated next to the main squares of Praca da Figueira and Rossio. Just a few minutes walking distance from the Tagus river, top restaurants and designer shops of Avenida de Liberdade and Chiado.

One bedroom downstairs with en suite bathroom with shower and one bedroom on the top level with en-suite bathroom and free standing bath. Both bedrooms with Queen beds. A further guest bathroom downstairs with shower and unique features creates an elegant and cool look. On the landing a comfortable chaise lounge where you can read while enjoying the view to the lower level.

A fully equipped open planned kitchen with Bosch appliances including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. From one of the windows a view of St George's castle, which is beautifully lit at night. The lounge is cozy with a large L-shaped sofa and flat screen TV, open planned to the dining area with seating for 6 people.The decor is neutral and light, creating a relaxing atmosphere.

Outstanding unit in the heart of Lisbon

The unit extremely comfortable and nicely decorated. The attention of the owners could not be better, the apartment is completely fit with laundry and all kind of appliances for a long stay. Close to several restaurants and attractions, we highly recommend this property. Thank you Bernardo and Maria for all the attention.

Amazing brand new apartment in the heart of Lisbon

This apartment is just perfect: brand new and so amazing in every detail. Fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, spacious living room and plenty of space also for larger groups. The decor is stilish and very modern. It's also one of the few apartment in Lisbon with an elevator in the building, which is great when you have luggage to bring upstairs :) Last but not least, the position is great: just a few minutes walking from the main turistic areas and main transportation. I would suggest to everybody Maria's place, also because she is a great host and when she is not there her nephew Bernardo covers for her and he is welcoming, totally available and open to give suggestions or assistance.

Great location but not a place has limitations

Overall a nicely modernized property in a great location for enjoying the main sights of Lisbon. We were a party of four adults and frankly the sloping ceilings were an issue as they make maneuvering around the space challenging, and limit the usable floor space. We also had problems with an unpleasant odor (most likely from the plumbing) that was particularly noticeable in the living room. It actually caused us to not use that space and have windows open. We did report it and technicians came out within 24 hours. It was improved but not completely solved. Not a property we would rent again if returning to Lisbon.
