This spacious, third floor apartment is perfectly located in front of the Pine Walk beach and boasts a spacious front balcony with sea views. The balcony is furnished with a dining table and chairs as well as built in corner seating. Awnings are provided for when the sun gets too hot. Spectacular, relaxing sea views. Inside the apartment has a nicely furnished, air conditioned lounge/dining room with TV/DVD player and large double sliding doors onto the wrap around balcony. There are three bedrooms; one double and two twins, two bathrooms; both complete with bath and overhead shower and a fully equipped kitchen.

Excellent apartment in a great postion

This apartment is in a great position at the top end of Pine Walk, the sea/beach was literally one minute away. This beach is free as there are no sunbeds or umbrellas . Its an apartment in a side street so you have a side facing view of the bay which is stunning especially at sunset.There is no lift. It is in a residential block . it is 3floors up so plenty of steps to climb!.Plenty of parking in the street which is fairly quiet. Spacious rooms but in need of updating especially the bathrooms. Bath towels provided but no beach towels or beach umbrella - we had to buy them. No hair dryer. On arrival, there was nothing in the fridge, not even water so shop before you arrive as nothing is provided . There are plenty of SPAR supermarkets en route. They stock most things and do small packs of washing powder/dishwasher tabs etc. Kitchen is well equipped plus a back balcony has a washing machine and drying rack. We sat out everyday on the two sided balcony, enjoying the views, the sun and boats.Sunsets are amazing. Its a good 10 min walk along the seafront to main cafes and bars.Hotel Illa D'or is near by with its beach bar. It is the quiet end of Port de Pollenca which we like. The beach was great for families as it was safe and small. An ideal apartment for a family - the third bedroom had a double bed. Main bedroom has its own ensuite plus another family sized bathroom. Good customer service from manager and we were able to stay later on our last day as we had a late flight. Very clean on arrival. Plenty of seating. Aircon/heaters on walls.TV etc though we didn't use it. Wifi available too.

Amazing views across Puerto Pollensa Bay from a lovely large 2 sided balcony

The third floor apartment on the pine walk has a balcony with breath taking views across the bay and this was very much appreciated during our stay. The apartment was clean and tidy and functional although we would have appreciated some basics on arrival i.e. loo roll, washing up liquid etc. It could do with a little cosmetic updating/ decorating but was very comfortable for our purposes. There was only 1 English Channel - ideally a couple more would be great (BBC etc) . We could always find parking spaces very near to the apartment on the road even though we were in peak season. The swimming at the front of the apartment was fantastic and ideal for families as it was very safe. We did the walk across the mountain to Cala San Vincente - very much recommend this - great views and rewarded with a swim in a beautiful cove. Eroski supermarket is the cheapest and most convenient. We loved Pollensa town especially on market day - although a little crowded but beautiful streets and oozing character. We would recommend this apartment - a very good base for visiting North Mallorca. Thanks

It really works for us

A pleasant spacious apartment w a lovely wraparound balcony (w a beautiful sea view)perfect for dining and post child bed time drinks.

We have stayed 3 times now and v much enjoy the quiet location which still gives easy access to various bits of beach and only a short walk to restaurants & groceries.

This time we noticed some pleasant upgrades to the property which was already well equipped for self catering. Thank you.

Coast/Beach:

The Pine Walk beach is steps from the entrance to the apartment where sun loungers and umbrellas can be hired.

Travel:

Palma airport is only a 40 minute drive away. Puerto Pollensa can be reached by taxi (we can book this for you), bus (either public or transfer service) or hire car.

Distances:

Only a short 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Puerto Pollensa along the sea front where an excellent choice of shops and restaurants can be found. There is a well stocked supermarket with snack bar located 5 minutes walk away and a cafe/bar with swimming pool behind the apartment. Both Pollensa and Alcudia old towns can easily be reached by bike (can be hired locally), car or bus (10 minutes).

The sedate holiday resort of Puerto Pollensa stretches along a sheltered horseshoe-shaped bay lined with sandy beaches, set against the backdrop of the Boquer mountain range on the north coast of Mallorca. The resort has grown up around the scenic fishing port that serves the picturesque old Roman town of Pollensa, situated a few miles inland. Described as a laid bake resort Puerto Pollensa attracts families and couples. Cafes, restaurants and tourist shops line the promenade along with some elegant hotels, which overlook the wide sandy beach and the bay, dotted with the colourful sails of yachts. Puerto Pollensa is very adequately supplied with shops and boutiques catering to the tourist trade and holidaymakers will enjoy a spot of shopping. In addition the local markets delight shoppers in Mallorca, and one of the liveliest and biggest takes place every Sunday in the church square in the Pollensa old town. Market day in Puerto Pollensa itself is Wednesdays, when stalls are set up in the Church Square. Puerto Pollensa is renowned for hosting some of the best fish restaurants on Mallorca. While this is undoubtedly so, there is also a wide selection of restaurants catering to all tastes, from the best of British to pizza, Chinese, the local tapas and even Indian.Puerto Pollensa offers a wide range of restaurants, shops and pavement cafes. Catering for all tastes and budgets.

Puerto Pollensa offers all the usual watersports enjoyed by holidaymakers. Glass bottom boat trips are available. There are also opportunities for hiking along walking trails in the surrounding hills and scenic mountains. Sightseeing in the port itself and the neighbouring old town, particularly on foot, is an interesting option. Excursions to the lighthouse at Cap Formentor, along a hair-raising but beautiful drive, are popular, also trips to other places of interest on Mallorca. Generally, though, most visitors come to Puerto Pollensa purely for relaxation on the magnificent beaches.
