"Flat 2" is part of an Old Vicarage in the conservation area of the North Norfolk village of Old Hunstanton. The property is situated on the edge of the parkland of Old Hunstanton Hall. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable and occupies the 1st floor of this imposing former Vicarage. The property is within walking distance (about half a mile) of the beautiful beaches of Old Hunstanton. The area has many attractions including the Sandringham Estate and also Holkham Hall and the medieval town of Kings Lynn. There are several well-known links golf courses at Old Hunstanton, Brancaster & Cromer and for sailing you have excellent facilities at Brancaster Staithe and the marshes at Titchwell are renowned for their opportunities for bird watching. A private staircase leads you to the 1st floor of the property which contains a spacious Living room with beautiful countryside views , Dining room, Compact well-equipped fitted Kitchen, Double bedroom with TV and Video, Twin bedded room with TV, Bathroom with over-bath shower bidet and toilet. There is a large enclosed garden (approx 1/2 acre) with patio for own use. Full Gas central heating, Wi-Fi, Bed linen and Towels included: Cot and Highchair can be provided, Parking for 2 cars. We are unable to accept pets.

Spacious flat in beautiful setting

We had a lovely stay at the Old Vicarage. The flat was very spacious and well appointed. The setting is quite lovely and the location provides a great point from which you can explore this area of Norfolk. Stuart and Helen were very helpful prior to our arrival. We were fairly independent and did not need their help during our stay but they had offered assistance at any point. We were able to walk to the beach quite easily from the flat. In addition there are s few restaurants within easy walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Spacious Apartment close to the Beach

A friend and I stayed in this lovely apartment with our two little ones. The owners were very helpful during the reservation process and even had the apartment ready for us to check in early if needed. I was able to request a highchair and cot, which was great. A stair gate was also provided.

The apartment is large and spacious, which worked out so well with two little ones on different sleep schedules so that they did not disturb each other too much. All the rooms have doors to help with noise reduction. The apartment was very very clean and comfortable. The views from the windows are lovely and there is a lot of light throughout.

Not far from the apartment there is public beach parking. We didn't spend a lot of time on the beach because of the weather, but it looks lovely for a walk. We also visited Sandringham and Holkham Hall, both only about 30 minutes or so from the apartment.

We had a very nice stay and the owners are very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Stayed at this apartment for 2 nights wow what a wonderful place very modern clean and had everything in a apartment you could want situated in old Hunstanton in a old vicarage had a great garden for kids to plAy the hosts are very friendly and helpful I would highly recommend staying here trust me you won't be dissapointed

The property was purchased initially as a holiday home for ourselves and our children, after many years of coming to the North Norfolk coast for family holidays. On our retirement we purchased the ground floor of The Old Vicarage to move here on a permanent basis.
