The bathrooms are also beautifully appointed with contemporary chrome fittings and granite surfaces. All heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Beach House is a really good family holiday home, in an excellent location, with the most amazing views! Perched on the cliff top, with steps down to Porth beach, it offers views not only out to sea and down to the beach, but stretching for miles along the coast. There is a comfortable living room with patio doors which open out onto a decked area, which is suitable for barbecues. The kitchen is small but fully equipped. The master bedroom is spacious with a large on suite and small balcony. Bedrooms two and three are small but the second does have a small on suite while the third, downstairs bedroom, has a bathroom next to it.

There is also a cot and high chair available should they be required. Throughout the property you can see a lot of thought has gone into creating a beautiful and comfortable holiday home. Outside: Decking area overlooking the beach. Barbecue provided and table and chairs for 6 people. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Property is cleaned for arrival. Bed linen is provided and beds are made up.

Wonderful atmospheric location

Our family of five had a wonderful stay here over the May half term. The main selling point is the location and the seaside vibe you get from being so close to porth beach. We slept very soundly to the sound of the tide coming in. The management company were very well organised and left us with a helpful welcome pack on arrival which was appreciated.

Positives:

- Lovely relaxed atmossphere and incredible view (much better in real life than in the picture)

- Good access betweel Porth (no surfing) and Lusty Glaze (good surfing and food) beaches.

- Plenty of space

- Generally good decor and internal ambience

Negatives:

- Agree with the previous reviewer about the sofas and the outdoor furniture. Sorting those out would really make the place.

- Could do with a “bluetooth receiver” for the sounds. The current speakers expect an “old school” apple connector which is now obsolete.

- Broadband runs about 2Meg (but you don’t really want to be here for the broadband do you?)

Superb location, could do with a refresh in parts.

Excellent location with views over the beach and cliff tops, also walking distance to newquay and lusty glaze beach. The restaurant at lusty glaze is superb and well worth a visit. The apartment itself was very spacious and well appointed upstairs but could do with a bit of a refurb downstairs and outside. Just needs a bit of modernisation,new sofa,accesories,outdoor furniture. Also needs a rethink in the kitchen as no storage space for your supplies. Having said that we did have a brilliant time there. Nice touches such as flowers,chocs,wine and some essentials there for us on arrival. A shame not more on offer at the glendorgal hotel,menu very poor and pool wasnt what we expected. Would we stay again? Possibly as the location is so good. Would definitely rebook if spruced up a bit.
