Spacious luxury villa in peaceful surroundings commanding stunning seaviews. 5 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms,4 ensuite. There is a large terrace around the pool with dining areas for 10 and seating for 10 with sunloungers and sofas.There is also a bgas barbeque. .The back terrace has amazing views over the bay of Palma Nova with double glass sliding door entering into the spacious lounge which has a dining table with seating for 10 people,large sofas and TV. Kitchen is fully equipped,,dishwasher microwave ,double fridge/freezer. there is also a separate well equipped laundry which also has a large fidge and separate freezer.The Villa is in a very quiet location but it is only a 5 minute drive to the hub of one of the most exclusive Yacht Marinas in Europe. There are many golf courses on the Island all within 15mins drive.

Amazing !!

Wow what can i say , this Villa is amazing, complete tranquility.

we went with our family and grandson (3 year old) that loved the pool, with its secure gates and well stocked kitchen brand new BBQ every detail gone has gone into this villa.

Cindy and her Husband built this from scratch and you can tell how much they love it.

The view from the rear is to die for day and evening. car is essential however.

We will be returning 100.%.

Two local beaches in the area within 3 mins drive. All the beaches locally are sandy with sunbeds and umbrellas.

Mallorca has some of the most stunning beaches. Swimming is safe and the waters clean.

Travel:

Son Juan Airport, Palma is 25 minutes drive from the Villa.The ferry terminal is around 15 mins drive.

There are several car hire companies at the airport and a few locally in Portals Nous Village.

It is recommened to have a car.

Distances:

Beautiful Palma City is a 15 minute drive away boasting many boutiques, restaurants, old and new town and the breathtaking Historical Cathedral overlooking the Bay of Palma.

Further Details:

There are an abundance of restaurants and bars locally. Banks and supermakets all close by within 5 mins drive. Marine Land is 2mins away, also a short distance to waterparks and water ports facilities. Hiking and cycling tracks are nearby.
