What makes this apartment unique

Shallow tranquil waters of Acequion beach ideal for young and old alike. Regarded by many as very safe for bathers. (no worries about the deep end) just lovely natural tranquil ebbing sea waters extending out about 30 meters and just above knee deep.

Neafragus beach, on the other hand, approximately 10 minutes away offering full surf. Lots of activity for the children with its floating castles/slides, pedalos, swings & Play area. etc, etc. A very well maintained beach for all the family, beach side restaurants, and public conveniences.

Beautiful tree lined views of the park with seating and play area can be viewed from the enclosed balcony with additional flood lighting providing more stunning views through the evening and night. Baby's cot and High chair can be provided,but must be requested prior to arrival and or at the time of booking. WIFI + Internet Access plus Air Conditioning is included in your rental charge. 32" duel language tv featuring sky news + movies + Cartoons + Leisure TV.Plenty of wardrobes and drawers to enable you hang and put away clothing. Also adequate space to put your cases until you next need them. Enjoy. Outside: Tree lined public Park & Children's equipped play area,just across the street. Utility Room: Bucket, mop, brush & pan. ... Just want to add that the apartment sleeps 6, in the 3rd bedroom there is a guest bed which is a single with an additional bed underneath. There is sufficient room to use both beds, so the apartment comfortably sleeps 6. I also omitted to say that there is a small but good supermarket less than 5 mins away too - a bit like Tesco / Sainsbury's local stores in UK (does'nt sell UK news papers tho - but who needs them when you are on holiday! If you really need a paper you can get them in town in several places.

First time visit

We stayed at the apartment for a week. There is plenty of room for 5 adults and sufficient for a full self catering break. Only 5 mins walk to the nearest beach which has several beach bars with good inexpensive food. Approx 10 mins to the marina with more bars for a peaceful breakfast/lunch and approx 15/20 mins stroll to the main town/seafront, which again has plenty of choice for food. There is also a cheap & fun crazy golf with another bar (!) just up the road.

Transfers we arranged by owner and we had no with this at all, driver was waiting when we arrived and early for our return trip to Alicante airport.

I would also recommend the boat trip for Tabarca island if you want a day of peace & quite although it would be very hot in the height of the season. We did spot dolphins even in April!

A nice apartment in a good position not too far from the town.

Transfer times from both Alicante and Murcia Airports is approximately 47 min's by car. We provide a transfer Taxi service to and from both Alicante and MJV Murcia €70 return, this may be reserved at the time of booking and is paid locally. This service can also be used for day trips if required. However due to proximity of amenities and local facilities car hire and or the use of a car is not regarded as essential during your Holiday stay. Good Public Transport 1 minute walk away.

Acequion Beach/Marina is regarded by many as being a safe place to swim, soft and sandy with calm waters, even on windy days,when the surf can be a bit robust. However if you like the surf there is plenty to be had nearby beaches such as El Cura & naufragos both just another 5 minutes walk away..Waters edge Tapas Bars & Restaurants provide you with your beach side sustenance & comforts.

Further Details:

Supermarkets, Pharmacy, Butchers, Fishmongers, Fresh Fruit & Veg + ATM, all within 5 minutes walking distance,on route from the beach.

Really everything within easy reach.

Restaurants & Tapas Bars spoil't for choice again easy walking distance, either on the waterfront by the marina or on the walkways. The Apartment is situated in a quite residential area.

Suitable adults and children,with the only exception being for those who may have a mobility restriction may find the one flight of stairs a bit of a problem.

Aquopolis Theme Park,well worth a day out.and much, much more.

Security Deposit will be refunded to your account ten working days at the end of your stay.

Changeover Day is Flexible. PLEASE NOTE Checkout on departure day 1 pm, or earlier if it suits you.

Notes on prices:
Rental and security deposit charges are paid direct to the Owner. 20% non refundable deposit paid on booking your holiday with the balance paid 6 weeks prior to the holiday start date. £175 refundable security deposit is also paid at this time and is included with your full holiday payment.
This will be returned to your account after your holiday.
