A Spacious Self Contained Period Apartment forming part of a terrace of fine granite homes in a lovely tree lined crescent in Rosemount. The property has a private and secure main door access and compromises of three large double bedrooms (one with en-suite), a very large lounge with bay window c/w real wood burning stove, bathroom with bath/shower and lovely big kitchen with dining table with six chairs. The bedrooms each have a dresser/desk suitable for computer use. The rear private garden has a bench/table for eating out in the summer and a shared drying area.
Welcome pack of essential groceries will be provided on arrival. Any other specific items can be provided as long as they are ordered in advance. Weekly cleaning with fresh sheets & towels provided.
The apartment is within an easy walking aprrox 10-15 mins distance of the city centre and easy access to different bus routes to the business centres of Aberdeen. Aberdeen Royal Infirmary at Foresterhill is about an 8 - 10minute walk.
There is a Co-op, butcher, fishmonger, pharmacy, bank, pub, restaurant, cafe, cheese shop and Oddbins all within a two minute walk of the apartment. Westburn and Victoria parks c/w indoor and outdoor tennis courts are about a 5minute walk.
Note the apartment can be rented out for shorter term or long term leases if required. A folding bed can be provided for a seventh person if required.
The flat is not suitable for Stag or Hen Parties.
My husband, two children and I live 3 minutes away from the apartment and we love this part of Aberdeen. Nice and quiet but so close to town.
I love meeting my guests it is very important to me that their stay is the best it possibly can be.

We had a great time in Aberdeen. The location of the flat met our needs. The flat was very clean and contained lots of kitchen amenities.
Authentic Aberdonian home on wonderfully quiet peaceful street. Great rooms, plenty of space and clearly loved. Two minutes to park(s) for the kids, five minutes for food and all other necessities, town centre very pleasant ten minutes, all on foot. Great place to explore Aberdeen and the surrounding area from, lots of different things to do within a 45 minute drive (or a ten minute walk).
We stayed here for a few nights to attend a friends wedding. The house is very spacious and well kitted out it. It had everything we needed in it. The house was clean and the owner had provided us with a welcome pack with bread and milk.
The location is good. Its not far from the city centre and has two lovely large parks within 5 minutes walking distance. There is a selection of small shops just around the corner including a co-op.
Koi the owner is very friendly and was very accommodating.
The house also has a nice garden.
We would definitely stay here again if we return to Aberdeen.
This is a lovely property in a very convenient location with nice shops and cafes just a short walk away. It is very clean, comfortable and well maintained and the owner was really friendly and helpful. Myself and my family were visiting Aberdeen for my daughter's graduation and this was a perfect base for us to get around the city from. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this property.

Our check in times are between 14:00 and 18.00 and we ask that you give us a call 30mins before you arrive so we can be there to meet you. Should you wish to arrive at a different time, please contact us with your preferred time. We cannot guarantee earlier entry but will do our upmost to help.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the accommodation by 10.00 am. If you require a different time please contact to arrange. On departure the apartment must be left in a clean and reasonable manner. If not charges will be made and deducted from the bond.
We are strictly non smoking. If a deep clean is required and the apartment cannot be let out you will incur a charge of £250 cleaning charge plus any additional charge for lost on rental.
