Why Mary Allen chose West Costa del Sol

Set in a white washed village of 76 houses. My garden is the largest in the village, perfect for sunbathing in private. 5 mins from Puerto Banus and all the fun and trendy bars. Set in between 4 of the top golf courses in Marbella. A pretty home which I am always sad to leave.

Fabulous sunshine. Private and quiet location. 5 minutes from great nightlife. 5 mins from the beach. Best restaurants in easy taxi drive in Marbella. 40 mins from the airport. Parking outside. Notes on accommodation: Due to location would ideally suit golfers or a couple wanting peace and quiet. Outside: Garden mainly laid with terracotta stone. 2 x large comfy sunbeds, parasol, 2 x 2 seater sofas and cushions, dining table and 6 chairs. Shared pool, not heated but open all year with baby pool, sunbeds and wc facilities. Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble drier, fridge freezer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bedding, beach towels and bathroom towels provided, if staying more than 1 week a cleaning service can be provided at an extra charge.
