All your provisions are provided to allow you the freedom to enjoy breakfast at the time of YOUR choosing! and is completely self contained, offering you complete freedom and independence. Tastefully furnished and lying in a rare pocket of tranquil countryside on the edge of the quaint parish of Chiddlingly. It’s exceptional position allows you to explore the surrounding country.Guests are welcome to use our outside swimming pool and tennis court.

The pool use however is dependent on prevailing weather conditions at the time.

Utility Room: Utility room including an iron, ironing board, American fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, sinks, washing line. Very nice location but pool not always available

We booked the trip to relax by the pool but Stuart's wish to keep tree leaves out of it meant that the liner was constantly being put back on; this took away the spontaneity of its use. I think if it is to be advertised for use of people who come on holiday a more relaxed approach to leaves would help. We felt guilty for wanting to use it.

Owner's Response: We are very disappointed with the attitude shown by Mr and Mrs Brooks.The weather during their stay with us was predominantly wet,windy and chilly!Despite this We made every effort to make the pool available to them when required! One would expect a little bit of common sense to prevail in that the cover in question is there for a very good reason!To help keep the pool clean and warm for our guests pleasure! Ours is an outside pool and because of this the prevailing weather will always play its part! As stated we are very disapointed with this review especialy as we accommodated Mrs Brooks mother and dog at our property with no additional expense to them!

An amazing gem of a property

An amazing property in a beautiful setting. Every little detail was thought about by the owners Viv and Stu. A lovely welcoming basket of food on arrival and great things in the fridge. The property was presented in a very thoughtful way, with lots of interesting lights and ornaments. It was immaculately clean and came with everything you would need for your stay. The owners were friendly and helped with any needs we had. Will definitely want to visit again.
