About Kim Waters

This has been a family home for 8 years, bought from plan, with attention to detail, well maintained, spacious homely and comfortably furnished.

As circumstances have changed - as a family we have decided to now share this beautiful home with other like minded people that have an interest in the area, who wish to experience a taste of Spanish life within this relaxed residential area of the Costa Del Sol.

Outside: Rear of property has a large private fully tiled terrace overlooking a quiet garden area. Furnished with a table, 4 chairs, outside lighting and roll down weather canopies if required. Sun loungers are available. Approx. 50yds stroll along the path to the resident's only shared swimming pool within an attractive secure garden area, with showers/wc, tennis court & BBQ area. A life guard is on duty during summer months. Pool and garden rules do apply & guests bathe at their own risk. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Included: 1 set of clean linen per bed used 1 set of towels per person ( beach/swimming towels NOT provided) Property is cleaned prior to guest arrival. Additional cleaning service during your stay can be negotiated.

Best we have stayed in!!

this was the second time we have used this apartment, Kim the owner is brilliant, communication spot on. Ali who meets you and looks after the place is great. the location couldn't be better and there is everything you could possibly want, its a real home from home but with sun & pool!

Brilliant Apartment

We stayed at this apartment in March for 1 week, Kim was brilliant with communication etc nothing was too much trouble

We were met at the apartment by Alison who was very helpful, there is everything you need and more

We have stayed in Arroyo many times before and the location of this apartment is perfect

We have booked for January 2016 and can't wait to go back

A Quality Apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment which was exactly as described in the listing.

From the time of our initial enquiry, Kim kept in touch and answered all of our questions promptly and courteously.

Upon arrival at the apartment, we were met by Alison who showed us around and explained everything we needed to know.

The property was spacious, very comfortable, clean and beautifully maintained. It was fully equipped and included WIFI and a full range of UK TV programmes.

Arroyo de la Miel is just a short stroll away. It is a lively little town with plenty of bars and restaurants. It also boasts a train station with a frequent service linking the town to the Airport, as well as to Malaga and Fuengirola, great for people who do not wish to hire a car.

The beach at Benelmedena is a 15-20 minute walk from the apartment, half of which is downhill, though the return trip should not be a problem for an averagely fit person.

This is a quality apartment in a great location.

A 20 minute walk takes you down to Benalmadena's fully paved long seafront promenade, offering an extensive selection of Spanish and European restaurants stretching to the bustling Marina and beyond.


Frequent economy airline flights from the UK into Malaga Airport.

Direct regular train service from Malaga Airport, provides a very cheap transfer taking around 15 minutes aprox 2 euros per person.

Arroyo de la Miel Train station is less that 5 minute walk down to the apartment.

Taxi to & from the Airport takes approx. 20 minutes each way, taxi rank situated directly outside Arroyo Train station.

Good selection of car rental available.

Easy access to main Highway and local coastal roads.
