Recently renovated, it is comfortably furnished, bright and airy with lovely views to the mountains and village. it has pretty gardens and lovely private pool and many inviting outside sitting areas.

This wonderful property Sleeps 6. 3 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms, lies amidst wonderful peaceful countryside, just a short walk from the charming unspoilt village of Buger. Set in a large secluded garden, there is a private, solar-heated pool, covered terrace and many other outside seating areas. Perfectly placed for exploring this beautiful island with its spectacular mountains and coastline.

A perfectly beautiful house and garden

Our stay here has been the most perfect holiday we have had. Every time we came through the private gates into the garden and saw the terraced steps to the house with the careful planting of herbs, geraniums and cacti it lifted our spirits, the garden is lovely so well planted and maintained. The house is a delight, the interior is full of light and colour with a collection of marvellous paintings and drawings. It was a real bonus to have private bathrooms for each of the 3 double bedrooms (all with AC if needed) and 2 very comfortably furnished sitting areas to spread out in. The kitchen is also very well equipped and easy to use with everything that is needed. The pool was just the right size for our family which included a four year old boy who learned to swim in it! The pool furniture was really good and the pool house contained some great toys for our grandson including 2 blow-up boats for the pool - much appreciated by us all. As we visited at the end of September and the weather was overcast for a number of days the water temperature in the pool(solar heating) did not reach above 24 which was fine but not as warm as the sea so next time we will come earlier -because there will be a next time....

We loved it

We visited for a week in September (3 couples). We loved everything about the property. It matched the description, it was beautifully equipped and provided everything we wanted. Choice of indoor and outdoor dining areas, air-con in the bedrooms at night that works and is quiet, lovely rural location but central enough to reach everywhere else easily. The directions were good and everything was clean and tidy. It was our first visit to the island and we had a great week. Particularly enjoyed the pool!

Fabulous house, fabulous location, fabulous holiday!

When we arrived at Son Siona we knew we had booked a fantastic place to stay. The house totally lived up to our expectations and more. It is extremely comfortable, well equipped and very well maintained. The pool was delightful and a hit with the whole family, particularly our 6year old daughter. Location is rural which is really part of the appeal, but with a car you are able to get to the beach in just over 20minutes and to amazing places such as Deia, Pollensa and Soller. The surrounding villages are lovely and well worth a visit.

Serena the owner was an absolute star from the moment we booked the house and was extremely good at responding to any questions or requests.

We would highly recommend and will definitely return to Son Siona.

Fabulous property. Private location and only 5 mins walk into Bugar.

Semi rural location but only 10 mins drive to shops and restaurants. Very private with lots of outside space and great seating areas. (We spent the vast majority of time outside) Large private enclosed garden which was safe for our young daughter to explore. Pool fabulous (warm and very clean) and a good size.

Plenty of room for six adults, 3 double bedrooms. (we were four adults and young child.... Child friendly villa)

Communication great from start to finish from Serena.

A wonderfully relaxing two weeks and we would definitely visit again.

Great peaceful villa

We had a fantastic 10 day stay in early June. The outside space is amazing - the photographs don't do it justice. There are multiple places to sit around the outside of the villa to suit all moods; relaxing by the pool, sheltering under the veranda and when sat outside the front of the villa in the evening you can see the church tower illuminated. The garden is well tended and smelt great! We also took great advantage of the heated pool and surprise bonus of ping-pong table. A car is a must as the villa is on the outskirts of the village, although it is only a short walk up to the centre.

Serena is extremely helpful and keen to answer any queries we had.

Tranquil homely villa ouzing with character

This villa is simply perfect for a relaxing break away with the family. Very comfortable, spacious and the owner has equipped it extremely well to cater for your needs whilst away from home.

The terrace is amazing, the pool is great and a decent size, with lovely patio furniture. Thanks Serena for being given a wonderful host and allowing us to spent time in your lovely home x

Playa de Muro and the bird sanctuary at Abufuera also easy reach. 10mins.

Most i.e. Soller, Deia, Son Severa etc easy day trip options (one hour max)

Car really useful for exploring and shopping but would be possible without but not recommended.

Further Details:

Buger has a bank, small but very adequate supermarket, chemist, post office and baker and a small market on Saturdays. There are 3 basic bar/restaurants.

There is a local music festival in June. The tradition in this area is traditional musical instrument making.

sa Pobla and Inca both have three large supermarkets and many restaurants and shops. there is a market most days close by.
