Private Villa, Le Golfe de St Tropez (St Tropez Riviera) Nr Port Grimaud, Ste Maxime & St Tropez - Private secluded ambiance easy walk from wonderful Med beach at Prairies (Port Grimaud)

Our Villa is situated along the St Tropez Riviera in an exclusive private residential area with spectacular views over the Grimaud mountains. Before booking any flights etc please phone us (UK) 01332 832800 (International +44 1332 832800) to discuss availability (we are quite happy to reserve dates provisionally for you so that you can finalise your travel arrangements) and so that you can satisfy yourself that we are genuine.

The nearest bar and restaurant - and a minimarket - are few minutes away with several other shops (incl the Tropezienne Boulangerie for wonderful fresh bread etc) and restaurants just a little further on and nearby the nearest beach (at Prairies / Port Grimaud) which is truly wonderful and overlooks St Tropez. It has several bars, shops and restaurants (most open in the Season June to September).

The Villa is ideal for a happy family holiday (see feedback from past guests in info pack) and has four bedrooms (two doubles - two twins) with two bathrooms (both with WCs) and a separate communal WC. It is full equipped as a second family home an the large oakbeamed lounge opens through twin French Windows onto south facing terraces next to the beautiful L shaped pool.

Ideal for families with everything needed (ample chairs, tables, barbecue, fully equipped kitchen, large grounds etc) for a wonderful Villa holiday with magnificent L shaped pool, close to wonderful Mediterranean beaches and Local shop, bar and several restaurants and two Pizza restaurants nearby.

Early booking discounts - up to 20% (limited period). To book / reserve the dates you want, telephone first - (UK) 01332 832800 - (International): 00.44.1332 832800 to check availability and agree the Total Rental Charge (TRC) payable for your Party. Letting Reservation Form to be completed and a deposit paid (NOTE: PAY-SAFE GUARANTEE - full details in booking info pack sent to you). Balance to be paid in tranches before start date. The Security Damages and Surcharges Bond (SDSB) minimum is £700 (varies with Party size and length of stay).

Changeover Day:
Normally Saturdays in Season - but mid-week and flexi start dates also possible early / late season or for short breaks. Please phone to discuss.

Notes on prices:
The Total Rental Charges (TRC) see Table are for Party Sizes 6 people (or less) - separate slightly higher rates for Party sizes 7,8,9 &10. IMPORTANT NOTE: PAY-SAFE GUARANTEE. Separate TRC rate's apply for Party Sizes 7 to 8 (slightly higher) with suppl per person for for 9th and 10th pers. TRC quoted includes standard prep of the Villa for guests (incl linen, beds made up, hand towels and fully cleaned, pool prep etc) and include Utilities (ie Water, Electricity) up to the Fixed Incl Util Allow (FIUA) set for each Party.

Initial deposit (varies depending upon how early booked) then balance in stages before departure date

Utility Room: Utility space in cellar with two washing machines for guests' use - with drying frames. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The Villa is fully prepared for guests' arrival (cleaned throughout, beds made up - linen included - pool cleaned and prepared etc). Starter hand towels provided for each guest and in bathrooms / WC.
