Why Nigel THORP chose St Tropez region

Having regularily visited the Gulf of St Tropez in the 1960's we resumed coming in the 80's and looked for a detached villa. Fortunately ended up buying off plan on this secure 'maison de village' in an attractive and quiet gated enclave with its resident guardian/gardener. We find the position ideal as we can mostly keep off the busiest coast road and pretty hillside routes instead.

1.5 miles to beach at Les Marines de Cogolin. Well located for car travel through Ramatuelle and La Croix Valmer villages to beaches at Pampleonne, L'Escalet and Gigaro keeping well away from traffic on main coast road.

Local supermarket, bakers and pizzeria all within a short stroll for croisants.
