This 1st floor apartment has a large, sunny balcony with partial pool views. It is suitable for up to 4 persons with 1 large twin-bedded room & 1 smaller twin room, each having its own en-suite shower facilities (shower, hand basin, toilet and vanity unit) plus a sofa bed in the Lounge. The apt is approached by 2 flights of steps, a walkway and a further 5 steps to the front door. Located on a delightful Family Complex with a heated Swimming Pool, 5 mins walk to the beach & 10 mins walk into Los Cristianos, where you can find the very best of bars and local restaurants serving fresh fish, pasta & a wide range of international food. WIFI for your mobile phone can be available in the apartment. The WIFI code is on the apartment notice board. If you find the WIFI signal is not strong enough, please go to the Coffee Bar/Restaurant below on the Ground Floor, where a good WIFI signal is always available.On arrival at our apartment, you will find a welcome pack consisting of a chilled bottle of white wine,cold beers, fresh water, tea, coffee, sugar and milk. I chose this property as it is only 3-4 minutes walk to the Beach and a 10 minute walk along the Seafront to Los Cristianos Town Centre. If you continue to walk along the Seafront you will reach Playa de Las Americas, which is very lively and more suitable for young people with a Theatre, Restaurants, Bars and Nightclubs. Playa de Las Americas is also a short taxi ride away, should you wish to go out for Dinner in the evening. We recommend the Safari Centre, where there are many cocktail Bars and Restaurants. The Mare Nostrum Theatre is just opposite the Safari Centre, with live Flamenco Shows.

All of our apartments have washing machines and are located in a central area in Los Cristianos, very handy for all amenities.
There is ample parking in the street outside to complex. The Sunday market is currently located in Calle Londres, right on your doorstep!
As a Family of 4, we found the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable Stay. We appreciated the free welcome pack provided after a tiring plane journey from the Uk and enjoyed waking up to have our Breakfast on the Balcony. The location was great-only a 3 minute walk to the Beach and a 5 minute stroll to a row of restaurants(chinese, italian, indian, mongolian bbq..)and bars. We could reach the pleasant town centre if we walked for 10 minutes, but we found it easier to just get a taxi, which was about 5 €.
Wifi was available in the on-site pool bar/café, so that was fine. We checked our emails over a cup of coffee. It´s true that the 2nd bedroom and ensuite shower room were small,but 2 shower rooms came in handy when we were all getting ready to go out for Dinner. We had no problem with the TV in the apartment.10 English TV channels were available.
Overall, a nice place to stay.
Only 10 minutes away from beach and all bars many very local, enjoyed would definitely go back,
The apartment is ok as a base for your holiday, although the décor and equipment provided is a little tired. The main room is pretty large, as is the main bedroom, but the 2nd bedroom is rather small with very limited storage space. Whilst the en suite bathroom is pretty cramped, the 2nd bathroom is absolutely tiny and smells constantly of the drains. Overall though, the apartment generally has all the appliances and equipment you need for a holiday.
The view from the balcony is poor, in that it looks at the side of the apartment block in front, and the sun in only on the balcony during the afternoon and early evening.
Biggest complaint is that there is no internet, contrary to what was advertised. We contacted the apartment manager and an engineer attended 2 days later but he was unable to rectify, stating that the router is at the other end of the complex and the Wi-Fi signal is too weak to reach as far as this apartment. We also lost all TV reception (which was only 3 channels anyway), which took 4 days for someone to attend and fix.
Overall, an average apartment in a nice, well located complex, but spoilt by there being no internet, contrary to what was advertised, and poor response to requests for repairs.
Lovely sunny balcony. We were a Family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children. We found the 2 en-suite shower rooms a great idea, as there was no rush for the bathroom. The apartment was very clean and spacious. We ate frequently on the large private balcony. It was a quiet complex with a nice swimming pool, which included a safe area for the children. Then at night time we ate in the restaurant on site. There were good restaurants nearby but we were happy to stay on the complex.
Great Location! There was a row of Bars and Italian, Indian, Chinese and Spanish Restaurants all a 3 minute walk away from the Complex. The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything we needed.The Welcome Pack was nice.We appreciated the English tv channels, DVD player and Free WIFI provided .We liked the large private terrace where we sunbathed all day and dined alfresco making the most of the lovely warm weather. There are quite a few steps to get to the apartment, so I can see how it would not be suitable for clients with mobility problems(as already stated on the apartment website). However, great complex, location and apartment. We will be back.
We stayed here (four adults) for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year 2015/6. Shortly after arriving I complained in an email to the owner highlighting a number of issues which included soiled linen, no internet and a broken patio door that was totally insecure. Internet access was one of the reasons we chose this apartment and I was informed it was not the responsibility of the owner or the management team to administer internet access within the apartment. This was the role of a third party – which meant the issue was never resolved - no internet access at this apartment. I later received a visit by the management company who put a clean cover on the sofa. Other issues were pointed out and the management company rep. returned three days later with a new dust pan to replace the broken one and a new toilet seat replacement. I mentioned the patio door security issue and was told the doors were beyond repair – nothing was done to remedy this during my two week stay. The owner mentions a kitchen refurbishment – unfortunately whoever fitted the sink failed to secure it to the kitchen bench so it moved about when washing dishes. There are numerous faults with the apartment (broken patio tiles / plumbing issues etc) however the main problem was that this is a one bedroom apartment converted into a two bedroom. The result is an acute lack of space in the bathrooms and small bedroom none of which are adequately ventilated. The second bedroom does not have a dressing table, it is claustrophobic and gets oppressively hot; because of the lack of space we were unable to open the wardrobe doors / drawers. The apartment does have an oven which like the fridge is so small it is fairly useless for four people on a self catering holiday (we had to purchase an icebox to store chilled items as the fridge was so small). The fridge door inside storage space is broken which reduces the already limited space. This accommodation is poor at best – it is so bad I tried on day one to relocate but was unable to do so because of the busy time of year (although I did leave early and later moved to a nearby apart - hotel)
Finally – the property is for sale which made me wonder where I would have been left if a new owner decides to refurbish and or not to rent. Just a thought because at busy times it is almost impossible to find alternative accommodation.

Victoria Court 1 is a very clean and well maintained complex with lovely plants and a well kept pool which is big enough to really swim in and heated. The apartment is currently for sale which did not directly affect us. However, the apartment does feel a little unloved and could do with the attention of a new and enthusiastic owner. It was an excellent place for us to stay and we enjoyed it but there were a couple of things that could be improved, For example the bed linen and towels were of poor quality and rather uncomfortable. However the washing machine meant we could use our own swimming towels to shower and wash them. I do understand why mattress protectors are used (if I was renting out flat I'd use them) but the ones provided are old and kept rucking up in the night. I imagine the new owner may replace the lounge furniture. But these are small things, easily remedied. It's a nice flat and the welcome pack is, well, very welcome. The balcony is sunny and has a sideways pool view. It is an excellent, well run and secure complex and there are very good restaurants minutes away. We are familiar with Los Cristianos and have stayed in many different places and we will be returning to Victoria Court 1 and would stay in this apartment again. Overall we loved it. Thanks. J and J
