A stylish 4 bedroom house with many original features situated in an ideal location. The house is decorated in a contemporary style with many home comforts. On the ground floor; living room, kitchen/diner, utility room and large shower room. First floor: 1x double room, 1x twin room and a small room with bunk beds. There is a family bathroom on this level. This property has a spacious room in the attic with a double bed and sea glimpses. To the rear of the property there is a small courtyard.

Great location, lovely , modern , clean house

We were 2 families of 4 sharing the house children aged 12,11 and 2 X 9yrs old boys.

We all found the house very comfortable , and had plenty of room , to be honest we weren't in the house that often so it wasn't a problem. House decor very modern and clean.

Location was good, coop supermarket nearby for essential.

All beaches within easy walking distance. Great location overall

Superb family home

A wonderful, perfectly located 'home from home' in St Ives. My husband and I, together with our 4 teenagers, felt this property made our holiday - lovely to retreat to each evening, all facilities excellent. Thank you for sharing - we will be returning soon!

Lovely house, brilliant location!

We stayed here in July, 5 adults and 2 children and the house was perfect. Large enough so you are not tripping over each other and the location is brilliant, with the town centre and beaches being only a short stroll away. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again!

Great Property, Great Location

What a find!! The house was just perfect for our weekend stay in St Ives. Not only was it comfy and well equipped but it was literally a stones throw to all the amenities - couldn't wish for more and would highly recommend.

Perfect base for exploring St.Ives

What a brilliant location and gorgeous house to stay in. Everything was modern and beautifully kitted out and there was plenty of space for the seven of us. A short stroll down the road and you're right in St.Ives town centre which was ideal. There's a really nice living room to relax in and a lovely kitchen diner for team dinners. I'd definitely stay here again, thank you!

Location

From the Owner

As a child I holidayed in St Ives every year with my family, Aunties, Uncles and cousins. Since having our children we have continued that tradition and visit every year. My husband proposed to me on Porthmeor Beach. So our love for St Ives encouraged this latest venture. We are looking forward to many more holidays in the future. Our home is special to us and we hope that those who stay in it feel the wonderful vibes that this house and St Ives has to offer.

5 Beautiful sandy beaches all within a 10 minute walk. Porthmeor is a great surf beach with extensive golden sands. Fantastic beach restaurants and cafes that are internationally recognised.

Travel:

Nearest airport... Newquay. 30-40 min drive drive

Train station in St Ives 5 min walk ...regular service from St Erth

Bus station 5 min walk

Further Details:

Leisure centre is within walking distance.

Many interesting shops as well as 2 Co-op stores just 5 minute walk away. A larger Tesco store 5 minute drive.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen included and changed at the end of first week if booked for a 2 week stay. Property will not be cleaned during a 2 week stay.
