The living area is quite big and full of light with patio doors leading to a very large veranda with a large table and benches, which overlook the garden and the sea in the distance. Kitchen area is quite small but has an oven, hob, sink, fridge, and a door leading to another patio at the front of the villa also with a table, chairs, and wicker sofa's, the garden is shared with the brothers villa next door so you have a large space to sit in, with a bbq and shower outside next to the washing machine. I am always available if needed.

Buggerru. Ancient mining center offering today a beautiful wild coast and a long sandy shoreline that starts from the town of San Nicolò and arrives at Portixeddu.

Going north you can reach the  Costa Verde where you will find a wilderness and spectacular beaches surrounded by sand dunes such as Scivu and piscinas and the ghost mining village of Ingurtosu.

South Coast there is Punta Trettu and Porto Botte. Perfect beaches for kite surf lovers. Even if you do not practice "kite" Stop for a few minutes and admire the dozens of colorful kites in the sky.

Port de Su Trigue. Beautiful white sandy beach and turquoise waters unfortunately subject to the phenomenon of the Boulders that periodically remove or deposit the sand from time to time that will form the arena of the beach.

Porto Pino. Extremely fine white sandy beach and turquoise waters. The coast is divided into three beaches: The first, the second and the dunes. The last two are preferred as wild and less crowded.

The Famous dunes are only accessible by foot along the beach and it is strictly forbidden to cross them.

Arriving at the beautiful beaches, admire the beautiful lagoons populated by numerous bird species.

Towards Cagliari

Walking along the beautiful panoramic road towards Teulada you will encounter postcard beaches among them, Porto Tramatzu, Tuerredda and Chia with turquoise waters and breathtaking views.

Sant'Antioco. The Island is connected to the land by a bridge. The best beaches are located in the south and In the northwestern part.

The west coast is still very wild and characterized by high cliffs with jagged rocks with a chance to enjoy spectacular views.

Starting from Sant'Antioco, in the south, and by completing the circumnavigation of the Island you will find:

Maladroxia. The preferred beach for families offering many services: there are bars, kiosks and restaurants.

Coequaddus. It offers crystal clear waters and lush vegetation along the coast

Where you can find Portopaglia beach and the village of the same name, an ancient settlement used during the season of tuna fishing and today converted to a tourist residence. Going northward, the Gonnesa coast offers the beaches of Punta S'Arena and Plagemesu (Middle Beach). The beaches are equipped with some beach bars and restaurants.

I live in a small house in the country which i built myself and grow some of my own fruit and veg and live a very healthy Mediterranean lifestyle. You are always welcome to join me on my adventures. Or you can always find me also on social networks. Like F/B, whatsapp, and google + Booking through Owners direct is easy and no commision is added on my part. Look forward to meeting you all in Sardinia.

Why Stephen Morgan chose Sant'Anna Arresi

This property is not mine it belongs to a very good friend of mine called Mario. (Ask for discount for long stays. ) T

he problem is he can not speak English and has never used a computer so i have offered to help out on his behalf and take care of the bookings from the UK. I can assure you that you will love this villa for its peace and quiet, plus not to far from life like bars, restaurants, shops etc with Porto Pino just 900mts away it is truly a beautiful location. I will arrange your booking and meet you when you arrive, also my phone is always on if in need or an emergency. The area is perfect for exploring or just lazing on the unspoilt beaches of Porto Pino. And surrounding areas. This is one of my favorite locations and where i would go whenever the chance. So maybe see you soon.

What makes this villa unique

The main thing with this property is its easy access to roads from the north and south, and the access to the beaches close by.

This has to be one of the best regions in Sardegna.
