.This villa is located between Is just outside Porto Pino, in an idyllic location with a beautiful well kept garden full of trees, shrubs, flowers, grass, which has a sea view at the rear. A truly beautiful location, :-) I for one would add this to my list. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living area, small kitchen, very large verandas front and rear for eating and relaxing outside, in the grounds there is also a BBQ and a cold shower for when you return from the beach, washing machine outside. Close by you will find unspoilt beaches, restaurants, bars, there is even a small shop just 150 mts from the villa for anything that you may have forgot. In the distance you can see the large sand dunes of Porto Pino which have now become a big tourist atraction in the area. This villa is so well situated and in a very quiet location close to restaurants, bars, small supermarkets and larger supermarkets just 3 klms, Close by you have Teulada and Sant'Antioco. Bedroom one has a large double bed wardrobes, bedside cabinets, air con, large window, Bedroom 2 has a large double bed, wardrobes, bedside cabinets, air con, large window, Bedroom 3 has 2 bunk beds and will sleep up to 4 small children or 2 adults the villa will sleep a max of 8 persons but not more than 6 is more comfortably, there are 2 bathrooms which are quite small but adequate, one has a shower and the other a very small bath, so you have the best of both worlds. The living area is quite big and full of light with patio doors leading to a very large veranda with a large table and benches, which overlook the garden and the sea in the distance. Kitchen area is quite small but has an oven, hob, sink, fridge, and a door leading to another patio at the front of the villa also with a table, chairs, and wicker sofa's, the garden is shared with the brothers villa next door so you have a large space to sit in, with a bbq and shower outside next to the washing machine. There is more than ample parking for 4 cars and the gates can be closed and locked if desired.

I can assure you that you will love this villa for its peace and quiet, plus not to far from life like bars, restaurants, shops etc with Porto Pino just 900mts away it is truly a beautiful location. I will arrange your booking and meet you when you arrive, also my phone is always on if in need or an emergency. The area is perfect for exploring or just lazing on the unspoilt beaches of Porto Pino. And surrounding areas. This is one of my favorite locations and where i would go whenever the chance. The main thing with this property is its easy access to roads from the north and south, and the access to the beaches close by.

This has to be one of the best regions in Sardegna.

Outside: There is a large well kept garden with plenty of space and full of garden furniture, tables chairs, sunbeds, BBQ, shower, with a pleasant view of the sea and the sand dunes of Porto Pino. There is a driveway entrance which can be closed and locked, plenty of parking space. In the garden there is large palm trees, shrubs, flowers, and a lawn. Utility Room: For storing cases etc. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property will be cleaned before you arrive and will include towels, bedding, linen. Other: There is a small enclosed room with a washing machine outside.

Local beaches at Porto Pino just 800mts about 5 mins by car and 20 mins walking or bike. Close by also Teulada 20 mins by car, Sant'Antioco 30 mins by car.


I would always recommend to hire a car, although there is a local bus service to take you to the beaches etc, but they are not that frequent. Pick up and drop off can be arranged if required. Nearest airport Cagliari 1 hr by car the same for the port.


Nearest village Porto Pino 800mts, Sant'Anna Arressi 3 klms 10 mins by car for places of interest look best to look on the internet as there are many so it will depend on what you want or just contact me.
