This 3 bedroomed apartment is ideally situated for a great Family Holiday. The beach and the iconic Pine Walk are only minutes away. The Church square, restaurants, bars and supermarkets are all within easy reach. Buses and Taxis will take you to all of the surrounding areas. Choose between ground floor or first floor duplex. If you would prefer a four bedroomed townhouse then please ask. The Swimming Pool is approximately 4 x 8 metres with Roman Steps.

Crespi 1&2 Location Location Location

Just 100yds from a very child friendly beach makes these apartments idea for a family holiday. The apartments are spacious and provide all your needs for a care free holiday and with a pool on the complex it also means you can have a quiet read and a dip if you get too hot. There are good restaurants very close The Coral does a Shoulder of Lamb to die for and the Tapas Tree about 300 yards up the roads does as it says Tapas with a difference. 12 of us had a great 2 weeks and none of us wanted to go home.

wonderful holiday

3 adults and 4 children from 16 - 12 had a fabulous holiday. The house is ideal for both beach and pool. Plenty of room both inside and out. Clean and well equiped.

Pool can be a bit busy at times but as the pool is rightoutside the door we could dip in when quiet. Good customer service both on arrival and during the stay. Would have appreciated cleaning materials to be available but this is a very minor comment.

Lovely apartment lots of space, fab location

We had a wonderful stay at the Crespi apartments. The accommodation is in a perfect location, minutes walk from the beach and pine walk. The apartment is very well equipped and spacious, having three bathrooms was a real luxury. Two balconies are a plus too. The pool area was great, very clean and the pool is an idea size. Lorraine and Jennifer were fantastic, great communication and dealt with any queries we had in a very quick and professional manner. We would highly recommend this apartment and the ladies that manage it.

Nearest Airport : Palma Mallorca at 54 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Pine Walk Area at 50 Metres Car: not necessary


Only a 250m walk takes you to the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa and Pine Walk. Plenty of room and clear water. In the past Alcudia beach has been given the blue flag for excellence and is only a ten minute drive away. The caves of Arta and Campanet are also within easy reach. Cala San Vicente is also a ten minutes drive away and boasts 4 coves for your pleasure whether it be snorkeling or just a day on the beach. It has an impressive mountain backdrop.


Palma airport is approx. 45min drive away and mostly on motorway.

A car is not essential as buses to outlying resorts are every 15 mins in the summer time.

One of the most remarkable landmarks in Pollensa is the Via Crucis which is a steep climb comprising 350-400 steps. This walkway is flanked by cypress trees and is quite impressive in it’s own right. At the top stands the 13th century statue of Mare de Deu del Peu de la Creu (Mother of God at the Foot of the Cross) It is well worth the climb to see both the statue and the stunning views of the surrounding countryside and coastline. The art galleries are not to be missed.


One of the finest beaches on the island of Majorca. can be reached by boat, car or bus. The iconic Hotel Formentor overlooks the bay of shallow turquoise waters. This is where Winston Churchill spent holidays in the 50's and due to its seclusion many famous people stay there.
