There is a Smart TV and free WiFi for your enjoyment. We will set up the TV controls in the language of your choice before your arrival for your convenience. There are also 2 Parasols and some toys, belly boards etc for children to enjoy.

The apartment is accessible with lifts to each floor and the roof terrace. There is also a ramp from the front entrance to the lifts.

Mercadona Supermarket is close by and within walking distance, as well as other stores. Lidl is also nearby.

Guardamar beach and promenade is 15 mins drive away from the apartment where you can enjoy the clear waters and white sands of the beach. Or you can stroll along the promenade and take in the scene of both locals and visitors enjoying the lifestyle there. You will find a wide choice of restaurants, tapas, bars, cafes and ice cream.

You will find restaurants for all tastes and if you want traditional Spanish specialities you will find them here, as well as in the surrounding towns and villages.

You will also find a great night market (in season) in Guardamar with a wide choice of many items where the Spanish shop as well as visitors.

Almoradi has a massive market every Saturday morning where you will mot only find local produce but also leather goods, jewellery, fashion items, household goods and many other things.
