A brand new and well equipped apartment close to Park and straight walk into the town square, bright and airy and with shutters to keep cool, air conditioning, balcony and all the necessary amenities. Being on the edge of town, it is in a quiet location overlooking countryside and mountains, with stunning sunsets from the roof terrace, where you can relax by the pool or in the barbecue area as you wish.

I am self-employed and work as a Training Consultant, Counsellor, Coach and Marketing Affiliate. I live in Guernsey, Channel Islands and would like you to feel most welcome in either of my holiday lets.


I am offering my home for holiday accommodation. There are not many self-catering homes in Seaford and mine is in such a great location.

The nearest beach is at Guardamar, where there is a long sandy beach with many reasonable restaurants watersports and entertainment. There are more beaches along the Costa Blanca coast.


The nearest airport is Alicante and this is 45 mins drive from Almoradi. Car hire recommended & you can book & collect from Alicante airport (check what's inc) There's a local car hire company in Almoradi if you want to hire for just a few days. A car is recommended to explore the surrounding area and if you want to drive to the beach.

Transfers can be arranged to/from the airport, at an extra charge, & you can be dropped collected from the beach (recommended in Aug as parking can be limited).


Saturday is a lively day in Almoradi with the vast market. You can get wonderful fresh fruit and veg and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Shops open in the morning, close for siesta and re-open around 4pm. Dolores is a short drive away and has bars and restaurants, Catral is 20 mins away and has good restaurants and the Village Pub has excellent live music on a Sat evening.

The pristine blue flag beaches of Santa Pola and Torrevieja are just a short drive away.

Almoradi is a typical Spanish town, it offers all the necessary amenities like shops, bars, restaurants, banks and doctors. Everything you need for a home away from home.There are good supermarkets nearby with a wide range and you can get local wines at very good prices!

There are some pretty squares where Almoradi life congregates and for a small town, there is a high proportion of tapas bars and restaurants, mainly serving traditional cuisine and you can also get English food if you wish.

Notes on accommodation: As the property is new, we are in the process of acquiring satellite TV. There is a swimming pool on the roof terrace and a jacuzzi (operational in summer months), and a barbecue area. Outside: There is a balcony with seating and drinks table, there is also a fold-away clothes airer for drying clothes. There is a shared pool, jacuzzi and barbecue area on the roof terrace, with a barbecue and seating. The pool and jacuzzi are heated only in the summer months. The jacuzzi is operational only in summer period. Utility Room: There is a washing machine in the kitchen. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are included, the property is cleaned on vacation. Further cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge.

We loved Almoradi and surrounding area and brand new apartment

We loved Almoradi, which is a traditional Spanish town and there is a fantastic market on every saturday morning with clothes, shoes, bags and everything you can imagine. There are many other villages and towns nearby too with things going on.

It is just 10-15mins to Guadamar Beach which we really enjoyed too - great beach, loads of restaurants, cafes and bars and plenty to do for adults and kids.

A hire car is very handy to get around and parking is easy around the apartment

Nice pool, jacuzzi and barbecue area on the solarium in the roof with amazing views over the mountains - great sunsets too!

Grande déception!!!

Cela fait maintenant 5 ans que nous passons nos vacances en Espagne et c'est la 1ère fois que nous sommes tombés sur une location non conforme à l'annonce. La propriétaire dit "Nouvel appartement" mais l'immeuble doit au moins avoir 15 ans!!! De plus, à notre arrivée 1 heure de ménage car appartement insalubre!!! Si vous souhaitez louer ce logement, je vous conseille vivement de demander à la propriétaire plus de renseignements et de photos complémentaires car en ce qui me concerne elle avait mis des photos d'un autre logement. En résumé "méfiez-vous des imitations"!!!

Owner's Response: Il est très décevant de lire cette critique car il est très trompeur pour d'autres personnes souhaitant rester à l'avenir. La réalité est que j'ai gardé le contact avec cet invité tout au long de son séjour pour vérifier que tout était correct, mais elle n'a pas répondu. Seulement maintenant, elle ne laisse que des commentaires négatifs et ne mentionne rien de positif. Tout d'abord, ces invités n'étaient que les deuxièmes invités à rester dans l'appartement et tout est, et tous les appareils sont en fait NOUVEAU! Ces invités auraient reconnu cela comme il est évident. En ce qui concerne le bâtiment, il s'agissait de la Phase 2 du développement et de l'achèvement il y a environ 8 ans, et pas 15 ans, comme l'invitent les invités. En ce qui concerne le nettoyage: dès que l'invité a fait remarquer qu'elle était insatisfaite, j'ai proposé de le nettoyer à nouveau, mais elle a refusé. Elle a envoyé des photos après son retour et l'«appartement malsain» était en fait 2 petits poils près des robinets de salle de bains et de la poussière derrière une porte. (Quand j'ai demandé exactement où c'était cela, encore une fois, je n'ai pas reçu de réponse). En ce qui concerne la photo du salon que j'avais publiée à l'origine, l'invité a souligné qu'il ne semblait pas exactement le même. J'ai expliqué que j'avais selement qu'une photo de mauvaise qualité de cette pièce (celle qui est là maintenant) et j'ai donc téléchargé l'un d'un appartement semblable au mien - la seule différence réelle était qu'il n'y avait pas un petit tapis dans mon appartement et le mobilier extérieur est différent. Dès que l'invité a commenté cela, je ne voulais pas que cela soit trompeur et j'ai donc immédiatement changé la photo et elle le sait, donc je ne comprends pas pourquoi elle s'en plaignait maintenant. J'ai répondu immédiatement, croyant que je faisais le bon choix. Depuis le retour à la maison, cet invité demande un remboursement et je crois que c'est la raison pour laquelle elle a laissé un examen totalement négatif. En fait, je le suis en train de le rembourser pour que l'air ne soit pas utilisé comme un geste de bonne volonté. J'espère que cela vous offre des choses en perspective et je serais ravi de parler ouvertement avec vous si vous voulez vous assurer que tout serait pour votre visite. Cordialement, Korinne
