Privately owned 3 bedroom apartment on modern Bellresguard estate. Situated just off the Pine walk in a very peaceful location. Short walk to restaurants and bars. Air conditioning/ heating throughout. Set in landscaped gardens with excellent 3 tier swimming pool and sun terrace. The large lounge / dinning room is decorated to a high standard withal tastefully modern feel. Leading to a quality furnished balcony over looking the Parc De Boquer and has superb maintain views. The most wonderful sunsets over the mountains. The master bedroom has a king size bed will full en suite bathroom, the second. Bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has full size bunk beds and a second bathroom. The kitchen is stylish and modern leading to a utility room. High proportion of guest rebook.

We purchased the apartment in 2004, after many wonderful holidays in Puerto Pollensa. Our family have enjoyed many other holiday destination but consider this to be our favourite place to holiday. We have created a very comfortable and modern family holiday home that I'm proud to rent out for other families to enjoy.

Brilliant holiday and great apartment

We had a brilliant holiday, apartment is wonderful with a homely feel. Welcome pack on arrival is a lovely touch. Only 1 minute from pine walk and thereafter a 10 minute stroll into Puerto pollensa which is a beautiful resort. Will definitely return and have no hesitation in recommending both the resort and apartment.

Very pleasant, well appointed apartment maintained to a very high standard. Perfectly situated.

The perfect base for a family holiday in Puerto Pollensa. The apartment (once we had managed to locate it from some fairly vague directions) has two good-sized, double bedrooms and a third smaller bedroom with bunk beds which is still big enough for an older child. The living/dining areas are well furnished and bathrooms and kitchen are all well equipped and in excellent condition. The balcony and outside furniture provides a perfect area for relaxation. The complex is well maintained and seemingly secure. The pool is of a good side and in excellent condition. Sun-loungers are, however, at a premium and the 'do not reserve' rule seemingly ignored. The apartment does not have Wi-Fi, which may inconvenience some people, although that provides an excellent excuse to pop down to the excellent café/shot attached to the complex to 'get online if necessary over a cold beer or cup of coffee.

The location is perfect for access to the pine walk and while it is a 20-minute stroll into the town centre, that is a pleasure not a chore, given the sea views and number of bars/restaurants to take in. The sea is very shallow and almost warm, making it perfect for young families.

The resort itself is split in two by the marina and is generally fairly up-market and very civilised - particularly on the pine walk side. Restaurants, bars and cafes are plentiful and (by our experience) of high quality. We particularly liked Centric. They are not cheap but comparable with UK prices.

Another plus is the close proximity of the mountain region and the delightful towns (notably Valldemossa) located within driving distance. Pollensa on market day (Sunday) is another delight.

I imagine everywhere gets pretty busy in high season but our holiday for four (two adults and two students) was a joy, with the apartment at Circe 1G perfect for our needs.

Comfortable apartment in great location

You can tell this is an apartment that the hosts use themselves. It was really well equipped and comfortable. Everything worked, including crucially the aircon. The apartment complex was very pleasant, with a good size shared pool that was never too crowded. There was a good value and well equipped supermarket just outside the gates. In terms of location, this place is in the nicest part of Port de Pollenca, just off the Pine Walk and therefore away from the noisier and more built up stretch near the harbour (although don't worry even this is still pretty nice - we are not talking Magaluf...)

The location is just off the Pine Walk. We chose this apartment as we think its perfectly situated to enjoy the close proximity of the Pine walks superb views and beach. It also benefits from a peaceful location and short walking distance to restaurants and bars.

The apartment is situated just off the Pine Walk, a short 2 minute walk to the beach.


The apartment is situated approximately 45 minute drive from Palma Airport. A car is not essential as all amenities are with in walking distant. Taxi and other transfer options are available from Palma Airport.

From the Owner

The apartment is very much home from home, we have tried to cover all the needs our guests. We have a well stocked toy box, a good selection of buckets, spades, fishing nets, children's books and DVD's. For the adults we have plenty of paperbacks and a good selection of DVD's and CD's. We supply ice blocks and cool bags which are great for beach picnics or day trips out in the car to keep drinks chilled. The Views from our balcony are stunning, over looking the Parc de Boquer with superb mountain views. The sunsets over the mountains are stunning and we have enjoyed many a glass of cava while watching the sunset.

  • Outside: The apartment is situated in beautifully maintain communal gardens with a large 3 tier swimming pool with separate paddling/children's area. The large sun terrace has sun loungers provided for guests. Utility Room: Washing machine ,tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack and high chair. The utility room also has a sink. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: We provide a welcome pack and the apartment is cleaned and all linen changed at the beginning of each week. We can arrange additional cleaning if required.
