The Apartment is on the first and second floors of a block containing just 4 Apartments and directly overlooks the Hotel Gardens, Bay and Marina beyond. Each of the large double bedrooms has its own Balcony, luxurious en suite bath or shower room , TV, fridge , tea and coffee making equipment and ample wardrobe space . The living area , kitchenette and four poster double bedroom are on the second floor and the other two bedrooms ( one with a bath and shower over) on the first floor. The living area includes a large dining table and chairs ,comfortable seating ( including sofa bed), TV / music system and wide opening louvered doors leading to the verandah . The kitchenette is well equipped with designer Italian appliances - microwave, electric oven , electric hob - and fridge freezer - and a separate utility room provides a washer/dryer, separate sink and ironing board . The property is air conditioned throughout and all the beds have draped mosquito nets.

The Apartment has been designed and finished to reflect the character and style of the Caribbean with dark hardwood polished floors and furniture ; high feature ceilings on the upper floor ; ceiling fans; glazed doors with louvered window panels opening to the verandahs ; white painted walls contrasted with splashes of hot colours on the beds and chairs. The style is minimalistic to combine luxury and comfort with maximum free living space indoors and out .

Hotel offers complimentary ferry service ( few minutes only) to La Bas beach on the other side of Marigot Bay . This is cared for and serviced by the Capella Beach attendants .

Numerous other beaches on the Island including those at Rodney Bay and Pigeon island in the North. Superb snorkelling at Cas en bas beach ( 10 min by boat).

In addition to the excellent dining options at the Capella Resort there are several Restaurants around the Bay that can be accessed by Ferry.

Numerous excursions and activities are offered or can be arranged through the Hotel . Taxis and car hire can also be easily arranged .

Travel:

Approx 7km (20 min drive) south of the George FL Charles Regional Airport at Vigie Castries and approx 27km ( 1 Hr drive ) north of Hewanorra International Airport.

Car hire recommended to see as much as possible of the Island.

Distances:

The Capital of Castries ( with its colourful indoor market, Carnival in July, historic buildings and Ferry port) is about 5km away. The Pitons approx. 20km south. La Soufriere Sulphur Spring and drive in Volcano ; Tropical Gardens; Cocoa Plantation approx. 15km . 2 or 3 high wire adventure courses through rain forests on the Island. Wonderful rainforest hikes nearby.

Fantastic scenery and tropical vegetation everywhere.

Further Details:

The Marina Village next to the Resort includes a Supermarket, Bank and Bakery as well as a range of boutique shops, art galleries and craft shops .Yacht Chartering and boat hire.

Horse riding , golf, scuba diving, snorkelling, bird watching and hiking trails through rainforests all available on the Island.

Waterfalls, Botanical Gardens and forest reserves all to visit as well as a Rum Distillery and cocoa plantation. The Carnival season is in July and the Jazz Festival in May.
