Holiday House in Polzeath, Cornwall, England - Close to the Beach in Polzeath

Karensa is a great family holiday house in Polzeath, close to the beach and with sea views. There are terraced gardens, and a decking area for alfresco dining with a sea view, and a South Facing Terrace sheltered from prevailing winds. The house sleeps 7-9 in 4 bedrooms with 2 shower rooms ; the double, the twin and the single + 1 shower room are all on the ground floor, with a further master double + shower room on the lower ground floor with staircase off the very spacious living room. There are 2 z beds that can be set up for additional young guests in either of the double bedrooms or in the living room if preferred. Well behaved dogs are welcomed at any time of year. Karensa is a detached property with inverted accommodation making the most of the wonderful views down towards the sea and amazing sunsets. The seaside village of Polzeath is within an easy 5-10 minute walk along a private road. Karensa has a sunny enclosed patio at the front of the house, and a paved patio area to the rear with terraced gardens on several levels, great for outdoor living. As this is a quiet cul de sac in a semi residential area, there is street parking outside the house. Karensa has also been recently redecorated , refurnished and recarpeted. Electricity and gas are included, there is gas central heating, 2 fridges, freezer, double electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV/DVD player in kitchen and sitting room, TV in double bedroom, CD player/ipod docking station, wifi, ironing facilities, children welcome, well behaved dogs welcome all year, no smoking please. Bed linen and towels (not beach towels) can be supplied @ cost.

Karenza is a bright, light and airy house situated above Polzeath beach. She, the house, is very well equipped and has a marvellous large sitting room which looks out upon the beach. A joy to be in a place that has enough privacy (4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms) but equally, great areas of shared space both inside and out for social get togethers, where the magic can happen!! A fab place….I’d encourage others to come and stay whilst Karenza is still available to rent. Bindy McLeod
