Notes on accommodation: The well laid private garden has a patio with table, chairs and parasol if sitting outside for BBQ s and alfresco dining. The garden gate opens on to the well tended communal gardens and pool. The property has a private garage, with an electric up and over door, accessed by stairs from the lounge area. There is a communal internet access. Outside: The swimming pool is very big and is suitable for all age groups. It is particularly warm from June until October and is heated naturally. There is a professional life guard on duty throughout the summer at the pool and there are plenty of sun beds with parasols if you would like to relax in the sun. The communal gardens are particularly suitable for relaxing as a family group where parents can keep a watchful eye on their children playing in the pool. If you prefer, it is a very short walk to the sandy beach via the communal garden gates. The house is located right opposite the swimming pool. Utility Room: No utility room Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: There are plenty of white sheets, blankets and quilts for the bedrooms, as well as plenty of towels and beach towels.
