We have owned this property from new for 14 years and have enjoyed staying there repeatedly.

The tranquillity and cleanliness of the complex is outstanding, we have maintained the condition of the house and appliances to a very high standard.

Special interest holidays:

Wind, kit surfing,and other water sport facilities are available in Funny beach which is 15 minutes walk away.

Coast/Beach:

The communal garden gates of the property open on to a beautiful sandy beach, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There is no need to change your swimming costume to walk to the beach, as the access is via the communal garden. It is approximately 150 meters walk to the beach, which is never over crowded and often quite private outside of the high tourist season.

Travel:

Malaga airport is 40 minutes drive from the property, buses from Malaga airport to Marbella bus station are very regular and cost less than 8 euros. From Marbella bus station to the property it is less than ten minutes by taxi.

If you want to travel around Marbella, Puerto Banus, and other nearby towns then car hire is recommended, but there is a reliable bus service nearby to suit your needs.

Distances:

Marbella town centre is 5 km away by car, Puerto Banus twenty minutes away and the nearest super markets are Supersol And Hypercor which are 10 minutes by car. La Canyada, which is the the biggest shopping centre and biggest super market and shopping complex in the Marbella area, is 15 minutes away by car. La Canyada has a great variety of shops which has got everything you need for your holiday experience.

Further Details:

Within walking distance there are many restaurants suitable for families and those that want fine dining.

The very famous Niki beach is only ten minutes drive from the property and wind surfing, kite surfing and other water sports are close by.

Marbella casino is located in Puerto Banus is 20 minutes by car.

  • Notes on accommodation: The well laid private garden has a patio with table, chairs and parasol if sitting outside for BBQ s and alfresco dining. The garden gate opens on to the well tended communal gardens and pool. The property has a private garage, with an electric up and over door, accessed by stairs from the lounge area. There is a communal internet access. Outside: The swimming pool is very big and is suitable for all age groups. It is particularly warm from June until October and is heated naturally. There is a professional life guard on duty throughout the summer at the pool and there are plenty of sun beds with parasols if you would like to relax in the sun. The communal gardens are particularly suitable for relaxing as a family group where parents can keep a watchful eye on their children playing in the pool. If you prefer, it is a very short walk to the sandy beach via the communal garden gates. The house is located right opposite the swimming pool. Utility Room: No utility room Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: There are plenty of white sheets, blankets and quilts for the bedrooms, as well as plenty of towels and beach towels.
