About this property

Lovely three double bedroom apartment in a great location with fabulous views.

A quality three bedroom apartment with a large terrace and excellent facilities located in what is undoubtedly one of the best and most accessible locations in Haute Nendaz. (NB The Commune have renamed the road and it is now called Rue Des Argeys, not Route de Bernoud. Depending on Sat navs or maps, either name may be in use). It is a 10 mins walk from the telecabine, 2 mins from the nearest supermarket, piano bar/Italian restaurant, cafe and ski hire shop, 5 mins from one of the best restaurants in the Valais canton and 3 mins from the bus stop from Sion! It is furnished with high quality furniture and fittings. Haute Nendaz is at the centre of the superb 4 Valleys Ski area, with 420km of linked, marked ski runs in Verbier, Nendaz, Veysonnaz, Thyon, Bruson and La Tsoumaz. There are direct links via the lift system with a brand new Télécabine for 2019 providing a fast link to Plan de Fou and Siviez, giving quick access to the ski areas of Tortin, Gentianes and Mont Fort and the liaison with Verbier. Nendaz has been the beneficiary of massive new investment over the last few years, including a new hotel and wellness centre, with new restaurants and cafes opening on a regular basis, adding to an already impressive array of facilities. A two hour or less drive from Geneva airport, which has a half hourly train service to Sion, then hop on a bus taking 25 minutes to deposit you less than a hundred metres from the apartment. In summer, the walks, cycling, mountain biking and hiking opportunities are amazing and there are several golf courses close at hand, including the Championship courses at Crans Montana some 40 minutes away. The medieval centre of Sion and the unique cultural offer of the Fondation Pierre Giannada in Martigny (35 minutes) are essential visits in summer or winter.
The apartment has been re-arranged now and can sleep eight, with bunk beds and a double bed in the third bedroom. We have made this arrangement to suit our own family, but it would now be very appropriate for two families with up to four children. Whilst in theory it could accommodate eight adults because the bunk beds are full size single mattresses, in practice we are not recommending this,
This is very much an apartment that is primarily for our family, so unlike most rental properties it does have personal items throughout, and a varied mix of crockery and cutlery, so if you are not comfortable with this it is not for you!
If this does not concern you, then you can rent a high quality, homely apartment in an excellent location and we will do everything that we can to make sure that you have a great holiday.
We have an excellent concierge who will assist us in this, but he only speaks French and Croatian, so we may need to help you directly if you need his help at any point!
Whilst we have not had a large number of renters, we have always had extremely positive feedback and we strive to give you as much enjoyment from your stay in our apartment as we get.

Our ski holiday in Nendaz
The apartment was perfect for our family of five. It was spotlessly clean, the kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The view from the sitting area and balcony was absolutely amazing, as well as the location, being close to the shops and ski lifts. The beds were very comfortable too! The communication with Steve was brilliant throughout. Thank you so much - we truly had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful apartment in a fantastic part of the world!

Super appartement centraal gelegen in quatre vallee - nendaz
We verbleven in de voorjaarsvakantie in dit prachtige ruime appartement. Groot voordeel was de ligging, vanaf de snelweg nog max half uurtje door de bergen rijden! Ligging van het appartement is geweldig..vlakbij de lift (5 minuten lopen en vlakbij de skiverhuur en dergelijke) Superleuk restaurant/bar chin chin er tegenover en voor de tieners op loopafstand wat avondvertier (echter niet vergelijkbaar met apres ski in oostenrijk) Appartement is supercompleet...heerlijke bedden, twee badkamers (waarvan 1 met bad), goede koffiemachine, en ruim terras. Met gezin met 5 kids had iedereen zijn of haar 'space' en hoefden we niet al te lang te wachten met douchen/badderen op elkaar!
