Hazleglade, Saundersfoot, is a large Luxury self catering Bungalow with Hot Tub and fully equipt games room and outdoor table tennis table. sleeps up to 9 (4 Bedrooms). 3 kingsize, 1 double and 1 single bed, 2 bedrooms with en-suite, 1 family bathroom and separate cloakroom with w/c.

Hazleglade is situated on a large private plot within a 5 minute walk to the beach all on the flat in the lovely Welsh village of Saundersfoot. This popular Pembrokeshire fishing village and seaside resort boasts an award winning blue flag beach, traditional shops, pubs and restaurants and only a few miles away from the larger town of Tenby. It is an ideal base for taking in Pembrokeshire’s stunning beaches, costal paths and the wonderful countryside within the Pembrokeshire National Park.

Hazleglade has been fully renovated, and lovingly transformed into a modern self catering house with stunning bathroom and en-suite facilities not to mention a dream bespoke kitchen. This property oozes luxury even down to the quality of bed linen and towels. With Free WiFi.

We welcome well behaved pets (max 2) and ask that your pets are not left unattended unless you are equipped with a secure cage for the animal while you are out to minimise the risk of damage to the property.

About Ian Luton

We have been holidaying in Saundersfoot for over 30 years, the third generation of our family enjoy it just as the first. Over the years we have stayed in many different properties. We feel our experiences have put us in a great position to know what facilities our guests will be looking for plus a few luxury extras to make your holiday special.

We have aimed to give you every home comfort and following our own holidays in the property, we feel that you will not be disappointed.

Why Ian Luton chose Pembroke, Tenby, Saundersfoot & The South Coast

We had already fallen in love with Saundersfoot so when we found this property we knew we could make it a fantastic family holiday home and rental property. Following our own experience of staying in rental properties we had found Saundersfoot to be quite hilly and this made it harder to get around with a pushchair and elderly relatives. Hazelglade gives you the opportunity to reach the Strand and the beach all on flat terrain. The garden at Hazelglade is very generous, peaceful, private and benefits from a sunny and light position.

As we have our young grandchildren at the property it is important for us knowing the garden is safe and secure for them to play in.

What makes this bungalow unique

We installed a brand new hot tub in 2014. it is great to come back to this following a day out at the beach, one of the many local attractions, or after one of the numerous walks available within the Pembrokeshire National Park.

Our grandchildren are the inspiration behind us converting the garage into a fun filled games room, it gives young (and old) plenty to do whatever the weather and is an extra space away from the main living area.

In September 2015 we added an outdoor table tennis table to add another perk to your holiday experience in Hazelglade.

Notes on accommodation: For the comfort of our guests this is a no smoking property. The facilities include a hot tub. The hot tub is included in the price of all bookings from April - September inclusive, further fees apply to have use of the hot tub October to March inclusive, due to heating/maintainance costs out of peak season and in colder weather,please advise if you would like the use of the hot tub when booking during these months. Outside: To the front of the house there is private parking with room to park up to 4 cars. A large patio door from the lounge open up to a secluded Hot tub with seating for up to 7 people at a time providing you with a place to relax while the jets sooth your aching muscles, making your trip an extra special treat. Outside also offers a picnic table, umbrella/sunshade, rattan furniture, sunloungers and extra fold away chairs. There is a barbeque on a patio area within a large enclosed garden. Utility Room: The house is fully central heated. There is a separate storage area with an iron, ironing board and high chair and travel cot available for use Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The hosue will have been freshley cleaned for your arrival, the property comes with luxury bed linen, egyptian towels and bath mats provided. We ask that you provide your own towels for use at the beach and hot tub. Other: Games Room By going outside this gives access to a well equip games room, a full size Fusball Table, a pool table, air hockey and a Nintendo Wii, TV and DVD player to keep you all entertained whatever the weather You will find free WIFI in the property

What a wonderful week we had at Hazelglade. A stunning property with plenty of room. So clean.

Everything was well thought out. A fully stocked kitchen with plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils. A very comfortable lounge area. Large dining area. Very good size bedrooms - 2 ensuite!!

Our dog loved the garden, we loved the hot tub. The games room was great fun.

I wish I could live there. Fabulous!!

Great place to stay

We stayed for a week as a group of 6 friends/ couples. There was ample room for us all and the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, comfy and well equipped. The open plan kitchen diner/ lounge was great as it meant we could all cook and chat. It was really clean and well maintained throughout. There was a small maintenance issue that was dealt with immediately and someone stopped by midweek to make sure all was still Ok with the hot tub [ we used a lot] The boys liked the games room and everyone appreciated the WIFI.

Saundersfoot is a very pretty little town with lovely coastal walks. Shops can be assessed down a short path to towmn. Lots of lovely castles nearby and beaches at Tenby are fab. Happy to recommend.

well located family holiday property

well equipped & clean property, very good location next to footpath direct to Saundersfoot, adequate parking for 4 cars. Good sized rooms and very good bathrooms. All 9 of us enjoyed the games facilities, and visiting nearby attractions for different ages.

Beautiful bungalow in a perfect location!

Fabulous bungalow with every facility and more! Exactly as described in the listing and immaculately clean. Location is fabulous - it's in a very quiet area but shops and the beach are accessed within 5-10 minutes via a leafy lane. We hope to return very soon!!

A great property for two families to share.

We stayed in February half-term for three nights. Four adults and four children. The cottage had plenty of space for us all and was well equipped and clean. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. The cottage was nice and warm, although the games room radiator would not come on and that room was extremely cold. The very helpful maintenance chappie kindly provided an oil-filled radiator, which had started to take the chill off by day two, although coats were still required. The games room is accessed via an external door from the garden. The cold games room would obviously not be a problem in the warmer months. The hot tub was a nice end to the day. The garden was big and would be lovely in the summer. We went for a lovely walk along the beach and coastal path (very windy day for it). The beach takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to, directly from the cottage, down a quiet track. We also went to Pembroke Castle, which was well worth a visit.

Fantastic holiday 22/10/16

We had a fantastic holiday. It was great for both the adults and children. There was lots of space. The hot tub was an added bonus (along with the table tennis table for the dads). Location was spot on...5 min walk to the town. We would stay here again in the future! Ace holiday...perfect memories made for our children.

Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a 25% deposit of total rent payable. The balance of the rental plus a £250 security deposit is payable not less than 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. If the balance of total rent payable & security deposit are not paid prior to this date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit paid. Following satisfactory property inspection the security deposit will returned within 3 working days.

Changeover Day:
For seven night stays at Hazelglade changeover day is Saturday. Arrival 3pm, departure 10am.
For short breaks out of season we can be flexible.

Notes on prices:
Prices shown are for 7 nights, 3 nights charged at 60% of the full week and 4 nights at 70%, please enquire for other prices.
Facilities listed suggest 'private pool/pool heating' this is with reference to the hot tub facilities. The hot tub is included in the price of all bookings from April - September inclusive, a fee of £75 applies to have use of the hot tub October to March inclusive, due to heating/maintenance costs out of peak season.
