Spacious 4/5 bedroom townhouse that sleeps 10 comfortably, located in a family friendly, gated urbanisation, walking distance to the shops, golf course, restaurants and very near to Marbella and Estepona. The urbanisation comes with a large 18m swimming pool, 2 kids slide / play areas, tennis court, paddle court all at no extra charge.

It boasts 1 double bedroom (that leads into a small bedroom ) and two double or twin rooms (one upstairs one downstairs) and a bunk bed room with an extra bed, all of which are en suite. 2 of these bedrooms lead into their own private balcony for morning or evening sunshine

It has a large open plan kitchen, dining room and sitting room with fireplace and central atrium style design, that extends to the roof and affords masses of natural light into the property.

The property can accommodate 2 maybe 3 families with children easily or a group of adults wanting to share and includes UK TV & Wifi.

The dining area has an opaque glass table to seat 8 people and sits alongside the kitchen. The kitchen is furnished with black marble and a very sociable large island / breakfast bar (good for family chats!). It has dishwasher, fan assisted oven, hob, large American style fridge with filtered water and ice dispenser, microwave and double sink. The sitting area has a large leather L shape sofa incorporating a chaise longue and 2 more leather sofas to seat 10 people. They sit around the log burner fire place and TV area that comes with internet based UK TV. There is a reliable and strong Wifi system for internet connection and surround sound DVD player alongside the flat screen TV.

The rear garden boasts mountain views and afternoon sun with outside seating on the patio area.
