This beautiful 2 bed house, comfortably sleeps 4 in two double beds and a 5th in a pull down single. It is situated in luxurious settings that is 'Residencia Albamar' with beautifully maintained gardens and 5 swimming pools, ranging from the children's pool to the deeper and larger adult pools, one which has a jacuzzi. The house is fully equipped, with fully kitted kitchen, bedding, towels for indoor use and separate towels for beach/pool use, garden furniture including sofa and chairs, table and chairs, parasol etc. There is a washing machine and clothes line. The house also benefits from integral air conditioning/heating units, (included for sensible useage), fibre optic broadband, DVD/Bluray player, HDTV, stereo with radio. We have installed a TV service with several TV channels, including BBC, ITV and CH4 services, as well as movie channels, sports channels etc. The upstairs veranda has views over the town and the salt lakes.

Fantastic stay

Lovely house and beautiful complex, great pools for the kids and nice and secure complex. The house is lovely and the balcony from the master bedroom is a great way to start the day having breakfast. The key holder Dave was a wealth of information and I would not hesitate to use him as transport from the airport, we even used him on a couple more occasions for lifts and he was very cheap compared to local taxis. There is a very good supermarket 2 min walk away and the sunset bar is lovely bar to chill just above the supermarket. The main supermarket is 10 min walk away and also there is propabley the best Chinese buffet we have ever had just next to it. Easy to book and the owner Andrew was easy and pleasant to deal with . All in all I would not hesitate to recommend this townhouse to anyone, its location is a real plus, only 15 min walk from town , many thanks Mick , Hayley & Noah.

The Lows

We have just returned home after almost 7 weeks in this house and we had a lovely time. Everything was there that you could want to stay long term down to a garlic press, for those. Who like to cook! Great beds & bedding, very quiet area, but close to all the amenities even the Clinic an Farmacia. Would highly recommend. Many thanks to the owners 👍👍

Fantastic from start to finish..

Where do I start. From the minute I made my first enquiry everything went smoothly. On arrival we where met by Dave who was very informative of the whole area and very helpful. He even dropped us to meet friends at local bar nice he went through everything we had to know. The villa itself is spotless and well decorated and is only 2 minutes from supermarket and bars/restaurants. On departure Dave again was so helpful. I would definitely come again to this villa and that's the best recommendation I can give.

A wonderful house in a perfect location - Feb 16

We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. The house is in a good position a few minutes walk from the supermarket and nearest restaurants and bars. The manager of the house was helpful with advice and information of the house and area. Would definitely stay again.

very secure and fully equipped property

we stayed at the property for two weeks and could not fault it.It is very secure,clean and fully equipped and is only a five minute walk to a selection of bar/diners and two minutes from the health centre if you need it.The property managers Dave and Sue are only a phone call away and are very helpful if you need any advice in fact the whole booking process with Andrew the owner was very smooth from start to finish and I would recommend Residencia Albamar without question.

We bought this gorgeous little gem as a get-a-way retreat, however due to family, work and other commitments we do not use it as much as we had envisaged. We have therefore decided to rent for holiday makers, which will still enable us to use it when it is free. We travelled from Valencia to Cartagena and into the mountains inland, and fell in love with the atmosphere and vibe of Cuidad Quesada. It has a busy centre, great restaurants and bars, but is quiet in the surrounding areas where our house is situated. Having settled on Cuidad Quesada as the town of our choice, we set about looking for a property. Activity and Interests


The many Blue flag beaches of Torrevieja, Guadamar del Segura, and Santa Pola are all within 15 minutes drive, if you want to go further afield, the beaches at Capo Roig are well worth a look.


Alicante and Murcia airports are both 50 kilometres away,(approximately 30 minutes drive), and we can arrange for someone to meet you and drive you to the house if you prefer. Please contact us for more information.


For a day or evening out, Torrevieja is close by. One of the greatest tourist attractions of Torrevieja has always been its variety of entertainment for families and young people. There are more than a hundred night bars, the majority concentrated in the so-called El Baluarte area in the La Punta district, which have become a major attraction for thousands of people from all over the world.

Cuidad Quesada enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate; as is it is surrounded by mountain ranges, it can sometimes get very hot in summer, but it is protected against the cold North winds in winter. The area averages nearly 3,000 hours of sunshine each year and the average temperature easily exceeds 20 degrees.

In 1986 the World Health Organisation recommended the climate of the area as one of the most equitable in the world - neither too hot in the summer nor too cold in the winter. On average it can boast 325 sunny days each year making it an ideal all year round destination.

The town also boasts its own Water park for those of you looking for a bit of excitement, and the town of Torrevieja also has another water park for your enjoyment.

We really love the markets :-) great products, (my wife loves the handbags), the one of Sunday just down the road is great and the street market in San Miguel on Wednesday is full of atmosphere and character. The market on a Friday in Torrevieja is bigger, but a bit more hard sell. The restaurants are fantastic and the price is very reasonable, the people are friendly and accommodating.   • Outside: The house itself has a front and rear garden, the front is beautifully presented and designed with a water feature and beautiful plants. The patio area is well equipped with garden table and chairs for alfresco dining, and a parasol is also provided to help screen the sun if needed. On the entrance veranda there is a garden furniture group consisting of a sofa, two chairs and a coffee table, there is also a wind out canopy to provide this area with shade should you so wish whilst enjoying the garden/veranda. There is an additional balcony/veranda accessed from the master bedroom which also has two additional chairs and a table and its own parasol. The condominium also offers extensive and beautifully maintained gardens as well as the use of 5 pools, ranging from the shallow pools for young children, up to larger and deeper pools for the more advanced swimmers. Currently none of the pools are heated, although this is being discussed by the management. Utility Room: In the back garden there is a brick store/utility room, where the washing machine is situated. In this room there is also the water heater, racks with spare bulbs etc for the house and pool loungers. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bedding and linen and towels are provided. The property is cleaned before and after each letting, but not during your stay. Please note that an additional 50Euro charge is payable to the cleaners on arrival for the check out clean and washing. Other: Downstairs cloakroom/w.c is complete and modern.
