Notes on accommodation: The attic bedroom at the property is accessed by a steep alternate tread staircase and has limited head height. It would suit adults and children, but is unlikely to suit those with mobility issues or infants. It’s a lovely room with a free standing claw foot bath in the bedroom and views of York Minster from the velux window. Cleaning / Towels / Linen: All bedding and towels are provided as are all basics such as kitchen essentials, toiletries and washing liquid.

Perfect location, lovely apartment

Situated just outside the city walls makes it an excellent location with a less than 10 minute walk into the city. The property was cosy, clean and comfortable and lovely to return to after a busy day of eating and shopping. Already planning next trip!

Quiet weekend

Although I had a busy weekend, coming back to the flat was relaxing. It would be helpful to have had knowledge of the stairs and route to get to the property. May well try it again.

The property has been finished to a high standard with everything you need. Dave Could not have been more helpful. It is in a quiet area of the city but only about 15 mins from the main attractions of York.

We would recommend this to anyone. Having its own parking space is big bonus .

Very nicely presented apartment walking distance to York centre.

Very comfortable stay. A few issues understanding how to adjust the heating and work the hob (more detailed instructions would have been helpful) but apart from that I cannot fault the accommodation.
