On the ground floor...A nice cosy / modern fully furnished lounge, a very bright kitchen fully equipped (Bosh & Siemens). The dining room very bright with the large windows facing the courtyard and has a easy access to the terrace. The large private enclosed sunny and quiet courtyard/terrace is also fully equipped . It's a perfect place to relax and take a sun bed without to go to the beach.
The house has 3 bedrooms on the first floor, 2 with 2 large confortable beds (1m60 / 1m90) and the 3rd one is a kids bedroom equipped with a fun London buck bed....Kids do not want to leave it :!
You will also find on the first floor two bathrooms (one with bathtub and the other one with walk-in shower & toilet ) one reading room equipped with a very confortable convertible sofa. There is also another toilet on the ground floor.
The house is ideally located in the center of Deauville. It's just behind "Place de Morny / Place du Marché". Very well known for the outdoor market and shopping places. A short stroll to the beaches, restaurants, harbour, tennis, sailing, horse rack, cinema, thalasso, casino, sophistacated boutiques. The train station is only at five minutes walk from the house. It's perfect if you wish to go to Paris for a one day trip.(It's only 2 hours from Deauville). The nearest Golf is at 10 minutes drive.
Trouville is only at 5 minutes if you take the tiny ferry called "Bac" this one across "The River La Touques" all day long, it's only 3 minutes journey and the cost of the trip is One Euro !! It's fun to go to the fish market or the Trouville beach without taking your car !

Bonjour, I was born in Deauville, I know very well the area and the countryside as I lived and worked there for many years. I still go back very often as I have got my parents & brothers based in Deauville. I am now living in London with my wife and our two kids. We across the Channel as much as we can. We used to go to our house almost every week end we were in Paris it's definitely our second home!!! I have been also Assistant Head Concierge at the prestigious Hotel Normandy***** for many years. We came to stay with my 3 children to this lovely town house in Deauville. It is tastefully decorated, with well thought out bedrooms & bathrooms. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and the outside patio is wonderful for outside dining and relaxing. Extremely well siutated being close to the market, shops and beach, I would thoroughly recommend renting this house. The owner and his family are also very welcoming and kind, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. We will be coming back soon!

An unassuming outside hides a lovely property inside, stylishly furnished with a lot of attention to detail. The terrace is lovely when the sun shines or with the lights on. We made full use of the local markets, cafes and beach and enjoyed several trips across to Trouville.
The owner and his brother were very attentive and this smart property proved ideally located for exploring this smart seaside town.
Great house and location and lovely holiday
We had a lovely holiday and would come back again. Sebastian was most welcoming and helpful which really made a difference. The house is beautiful. really excellent facilities and overall of a very high standard. It is located near the station ( very convenient for us as we came by train ) as well as the town centre and sea front. Deauville is a very attractive seaside resort with a wide range of facilities including both a vibrant market which is located near the house and a great range of shops. The beach and seafront with its Art Deco beach huts is fabulous!
The owner made arranging the visit very easy and he was extremely helpful and prompt in his communication throughout. We visited by car with our toddler daughter and her grandparents for a spring break. Easy access from euro shuttle, only 3 hour drive. Parking right outside the property was convenient. Our arrival and departure greeted very kindly by the owners family who live nearby, and who were on hand very quickly to answer any queries. Deauville is a lovely town and the house is situated brilliantly for all the local attractions. Surrounding area is pretty too. Accommodation spacious, pleasant, modern and clean. Open staircase not ideal for toddlers but with 4 adults present a careful eye was always present!
Nous avons loue cette maison pour passer un week end , elle est parfaite , bien équipée avec un emplacement central dans la ville . Très bel accueil . Le propriétaire est très arrangeant pour les heures d'arrivée et de départ , ce qui est très important sur les courts séjours . Nous avons hâte d'y retourner .

We accomplished our dream...to have a beautiful holiday house in the town where we grown up and only few houses away from my parents home. It's very pleasant to leave the car a front of the house and have easy access to everything!”
Activity and Interests
The outstanding beach of Deauville is only at 10 minutes walk from the house if you prefer to go to Trouville is the same amount of time. There is a tiny ferry "called Bac" only at 2 minutes walk from the house and this one across "La Touques river" all day long ...It's very convenient to go to Trouville this way ! Trouville is totally different ...charming fish harbour. By the way, there is an excellent market fish.You leave the car a front of the house and you walk to everywhere !!!
