It is the perfect spot for those wanting a short weekend break or central base for longer stays to explore the magical island of Lanzarote.

Really lovely apartment with everything you need. Unfortunately we didn't meet Sylvia, the owner but had no problems with our arrival or the property. With a number of good bars and restaurants nearby but with none of the noise I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quality apartment in a lovely area. The only drawback maybe the fact that there is no balcony but for my wife and I it was not a problem. There is no beach in the immediate area but it's only a few minutes walk to an area where you can swim. If you feel like the walk (10 mins) there is a small shingle beach adjacent to the Hesperia Hotel with a pontoon to swim from. I would recommend a car to visit other resorts and beaches but there is a bus service that runs from the resort. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

The Apartment is situated within a 2 minute walk to the rocky beaches and ocean of the marina in Puerto Calero. There are steps into the sea here, so you can swim no problem. Nearest sandy beaches are in Puerto Del Carmen five minutes by car. Although, we can recommend other better beaches, just ask! The marina is perfect to fish and to go rock pooling, snorkelling. In the marina are a number of high quality excursions including the catamaran, or the submarine trip.


The airport is 15 minutes by car. There's a taxi rank in the port where you can organise collections and pick ups to go to the airport. We advise car hire if you plan exploring the island although it's not essential in Puerto Calero as you have everything in walking distance.


The apartment is located within the marina which has a small shop and many cafes, bars and restaurants. A Eurospa supermarket is a 5 minute drive away in Macher for fresh meat,fish, deli and vegetables. Good value with a great selection of wines. Puerto Del Carmen is situated 5 minutes by car. You are also only five minutes drive to La Geria and all the wine bodegas. A definite trip out. 20 minutes drive to Playa Blanca and 20 minutes to Famara beaches and La Santa.

Further Details:

Nearest cash point is in the Marina next to Catlanza Office. The thelasso spa at the Iberostar hotel (5 minute walk away) is open to the public and €18 a circuit. You can enjoy cocktails in the marina and a wide selection of restaurants. The Catlanza catamaran tourist office is located in the Marina. This is one of the best attractions on the island and departs minutes from the apartment. There's also a whole host of other information we can provide for you to make sure you have the insider local knowledge before you get here.

Booking Notes:
Confirmation of booking accepted after a payment of 35% deposit of the total balance by bank transfer, or payment through online secure banking. Details supplied by email. Balance due 8 weeks before arrival. If booking less than 8 weeks before then full balance payable in advance. Refundable security Deposit of €100 payable in cash on arrival, refunded on your exit. Alternatively you can opt to pay an €8pp unrefundable fee for breakages.

Changeover Day:
Is flexible. Although we operate on a 10am depart time and 2pm arrival time we will always try and ensure you can enter the villa as early as possible, and depart as close to your time preferred time to leave.

Notes on prices:
We have a standard fee of €500 per week all year round. Cleaning charges apply for stays shorter than 7 days or for requested mid week cleans. For stays less than seven days a cleaning fee of €60 is payable. 3 days is minimum stay and is €300 plus €60 for cleaning.

Payment can be made via PayPal or with card over the phone. Full payment is required to secure your booking. For bookings made in advance of 8 weeks a 35% deposit is required. This deposit is non refundable. Bookings made less than 8 weeks to arrival must be paid in full. We do not take a damaged deposit but do collect on arrival a non refundable €8pp fee/ wk.

  • Notes on accommodation: The property has been designed with the comforts for couples in mind. Should you want a relaxing break without the need to travel everything is at your doorstep. Equally it offers a central base to explore the Island. The internal space is very social allowing you to enjoy each other company whilst you cook, dine, and share wine or Spanish Cava snuggled on the sofa. Outside: There is no external patio, balcony, garden or pool access, however the apartment has three large windows overlooking the marina. Window seating is also available. Within a 5 minute walk you can be at a swimming area with small rock beach and jetty for diving. Utility Room: A utility cupboard is located in the kitchen area housing a hoover, ironing board, iron, mop and bucket, brush and dustpan. A washing machine/dryer is integrated within the kitchen area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen included. There is a change of linen for two week bookings. Mid-stay cleans can be arranged on request. Other: The Apartment is large, airy and bright with tiled floors throughout. Air conditioning ensures you remain cool during the summer and warm during the winter months.
