Beautiful detached villa in the exclusive Pla Del Mar area of Moraira renovated in 2017. Peaceful location within 10 mins walking distance of all the restaurants, shops and amenities of the delightful resort of Moraira. Also within 10 mins walking distance of El Portet beach which is a stunning family friendly cove. Accommodation includes fully fitted kitchen and pantry. Living/dining room and separate lounge with sofa-bed which can be used as an extra bedroom. New 32" flat screen TV with UK Channels. Utility room with new washing machine, sink and drying area. 2 double bedrooms, one en-suite and separate main bathroom adjacent to the second bedroom. Several outdoor terraces with stunning views over the pool and countryside ideal for dining al fresco or just enjoying the sun. Large private pool surrounded by a huge variety of mature trees and shrubs. Terraces are furnished with chairs and outdoor tables. Villa was just renewed in April 2017.

We are a married couple with two little kids. We love travelling very much and having a villa in Spain has fulfilled a dream for us. Our family and friends also beloved our villa.

Why Inga chose Javea, Moraira and Denia Area

The first time we stayed in Moraira we fell in love with this area. After spending few months in Moraira we decided to consider purchasing a property. The town is so picturesque and everything feels so convenient that it is impossible not to love all about it. All areas are friendly for the families with kids. Location of our villa is just amazing. We can walk out the gate and if we turn right we are in El Portet in 10 minutes. If we turn left we are in the center of Moraira in 10 minutes! We sometimes park our car when we arrive and don't use it again until we are leaving. We found out that the weather here is just wonderful all year round, including winter time. We are also happy a wonderful lady Vanessa from the UK look after the villa for us. She may also provide babysitter's services on request.

What makes this villa unique

Moraira is truly unique. It has a small town feel but with so much to offer. The restaurants in the area are delightful. They serve upmarket food at very reasonable prices. We love being able to walk to the beach and into town at night. It is such a treat to be able to relax and enjoy our delightful gardens and private pool knowing that we are within walking distance of all the delights Moraira has to offer. We are always surprised and delighted by the variety of trees and plants in the garden. At all times of the year some plant or tree is blooming and of course the orange and lemon trees provide fresh fruit. When we want to shop or sightsee we can reach the motorway within 15 minutes. The immediate area around the villa is residential and upmarket and so very quiet day and night.

"Perfect Holiday"

This was our second visit to Moraira and the best!! The villa was absolutely perfect for us. The location was so convenient for everything and the villa, where to start. On arrival (late due to us getting lost on foot, a first) we were met by Sandy who was fantastic - patient, friendly and very helpful The villa was spotless, cleaned. The villa is a real home from home, every utensil, plate, glass, cup etc. available. Made good use of the cava and gin glasses!!! The gardens are such a feature of this villa and it was a real treat to sit on the terrace and overlook the beautiful trees and shrubs, popping down to pick a lime for our nightcaps. The pool is superb and super clean. We had a wonderful holiday and were really sad to leave but hope to return very soon. Thank you so much.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers and families with young children.



The difference between this villa and many others is the attention to detail. It really does feel like a home from home and the pictures do not do it justice. Also the gardens and pool area are excellent - the many eating areas within the garden are idyllic. Definitely 1 to recommend. Sharon.



Just to say what a relaxing holiday we had in Mar Aral. The photos on the web don't do justice to the spectacular views and sunsets from the terrace, and the lovely garden. The walking was exactly as you said and we would certainly recommend Moraira Suzanne.

Notes on accommodation: This villa is ideal for all age groups. It is in a peaceful location but yet has the best of all worlds as it is within minutes of so many amenities and attractions. The large private pool and pool terrace will provide entertainment for all the family and you can still enjoy the beautiful Moraira and El Portet beaches which are within minutes of the villa. The pool terrace is totally private and we provide comfortable sun loungers. The delightful gardens where there are a huge variety of mature trees and shrubs provide several areas for relaxation and seclusion. You can enjoy Oranges and Lemons from the Citrus trees growing here. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a built in barbecue in the garden so you can dine alfresco at home or chose to sample the delightful local restaurants. As a safety measure the side gates to the garden can be locked so small children can play safely without having un-supervised access to the pool. Outside: The well maintained mature gardens are a delight. There are many mature trees which provide shade and some orange and lemon trees laden with fruit. There are a huge variety of Mediterranean plants and shrubs which flower and give off beautiful scents at different times of the year. There are a number of terraces around the villa and they are secluded and very pleasant to relax in. 2 patio tables and chairs for dining one on the front terrace and one at the side of the villa which is near the BBQ. We also provide comfortable sun loungers, parasol and sun chairs for relaxing by the pool or on the terraces. There are also some occasional tables on the terraces around the villa so you can relax with a coffee or a drink wherever you chose. The pool is large and is serviced weekly. The pool terrace which basks in the sunshine all day long is very private and delightful for sunbathing. There is off road parking. Utility Room: Separate utility room with washing machine, sink and drying area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: A meet and greet service is provided. Towels and linen are included in the weekly rate. We provide a hair dryer. (Beach towels are not provided). Other: The south west facing terrace at the front of the villa which is just off the living/dining room has lovely views and is ideal for dining or just relaxing. There is an awning on this terrace for shade. There is a beautiful morning terrace off the lounge.

Booking Notes:
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is required 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £150 is payable in advance and will be refunded within 10 days once no material damage has occurred in the villa during your stay. There is an additional charge for electricity based on actual usage.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is normally Saturday especially during the high season months. We may be flexible outside these months, please inquire. The villa must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure and will be available by 4pm on the day you arrive.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Discounts may be provided for long Winter lets - please inquire. There is an additional charge for Electricity based on actual usage.

25% deposit payable for the reservation purposed. The balance to be paid 8 week prior to arrival. There is an additional charge for electricity based on actual usage.
