The Coach House is south facing, very light and airy, it comprises entrance hall with a full length walk in cupboard for coats or similar items ,the bathroom to your right has a walk in shower, a wash basin with mixer tap,a 2 draw vanity unit, toilet, and a full width mirror to the back wall,the good size bedroom has a king size bed, large white double wardrobe, 3 draw white cabinet, with a mirror above, electric socket to the side of cabinet for hair dryer or similar,the open plan lounge has a 3 seater settee, 2 lounge chairs,the flat screen TV, and the electric lavre effect fire remotely controlled, fitted to the main wall,the dining room with table and 4 chairs has a large mirror to the wall, the kitchen is fully equipped, 1.5 ceramic sink unit with mixer tap, gas hob with extractor fan and lighting above, electric oven, microwave oven,dish washer,washing machine, fridge with small freeze box,all work surfaces white granite, grey ceramic floor tiles to the kitchen and bathroom, all remaining floors are solid oak. colour washed giving drift wood effect. full central heating radiators,and constant hot water.
All ceiling lighting to the lounge, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom are LED.
We are both retired and probably as you have travelled and stayed in numerous places in the UK and abroad,and so often have been disappointed with the accommodation,
The day finally arrives when we travel to our destination probably feeling a little tired and weary after the journey,only to be confronted with a tired unloved property,not exactly what we thought we had read and seen in the brochure.
We believe holiday accommodation should be clean and as comfortable as possible, our goal therefore in refurbishing the Coach House was to achieve this objective, we believe we have please visit us and tell us if you agree.

This location offers easy access to all of the many attractions that Stratford itself and the wider area has on offer.
A Very Quiet location yet only a few minutes away from all of the attractions that Stratford has to offer.
Immaculate accommodation beautifully presented and Spotlessly clean . Could NOT have asked for better , I thoroughly recommend this property for anyone visiting Stratford on Avon.

Equiped to a high standard. Only problem was the exterior steps to the front door which meant all our belongings had to be carried from the car up to the front door.The owners are helpful and provided excellant advice.We would recommend this accomodation to all our friends

The accommodation was clean and warm with everything one required including a smart TVs and good internet.
The town centre is about a 15/20 min walk. Similar to the station where you can get a fast train to centre of Birmingham

My wife and I had a relaxing break in The Coach House with the description of the property matching our expectations. In a quiet location but only a 10 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of Stratford upon Avon. The property is very well maintained and having a visit from Alan (The Owner) was a really nice touch. We would have no hesitation in recommending The Coach House and look forward to another stay in the future.
