The Coach House is south facing, very light and airy, it comprises entrance hall with a full length walk in cupboard for coats or similar items ,the bathroom to your right has a walk in shower, a wash basin with mixer tap,a 2 draw vanity unit, toilet, and a full width mirror to the back wall,the good size bedroom has a king size bed, large white double wardrobe, 3 draw white cabinet, with a mirror above, electric socket to the side of cabinet for hair dryer or similar,the open plan lounge has a 3 seater settee, 2 lounge chairs,the flat screen TV, and the electric lavre effect fire remotely controlled, fitted to the main wall,the dining room with table and 4 chairs has a large mirror to the wall, the kitchen is fully equipped, 1.5 ceramic sink unit with mixer tap, gas hob with extractor fan and lighting above, electric oven, microwave oven,dish washer,washing machine, fridge with small freeze box,all work surfaces white granite, grey ceramic floor tiles to the kitchen and bathroom, all remaining floors are solid oak. colour washed giving drift wood effect. full central heating radiators,and constant hot water.

All ceiling lighting to the lounge, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom are LED.

We are both retired and probably as you have travelled and stayed in numerous places in the UK and abroad,and so often have been disappointed with the accommodation,

The day finally arrives when we travel to our destination probably feeling a little tired and weary after the journey,only to be confronted with a tired unloved property,not exactly what we thought we had read and seen in the brochure.

We believe holiday accommodation should be clean and as comfortable as possible, our goal therefore in refurbishing the Coach House was to achieve this objective, we believe we have please visit us and tell us if you agree.

Outside: Newly laid modern open plan garden to the side of the property, small patio area, sunny aspect with a bench seat. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bedding and towels are included, changed once a week, cleaned and maintained by the owners once weekly to a very high standard. Other: Dining Area, table with 2 chairs, add the 2 matching chairs from the bedroom to seat 4 people.

Quiet area, Apartment Clean and tidy and well stocked with everything you could need

This was a get away from it all week just to chill for my wife and I. Stratford delivers the best of both world there is plenty to do or just chill with some nice walks along the River Avon, which is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The main town is about a 10 minute walk either along the Avon or through the back Streets.

Everything spotless.

We found the rental perfect for two. Loved the short walk along the canal to town. It was really nice to stay in a place where everything was nearly new and spotless. Allen, the owner, was very helpful.

Super Accommodation!

We have had a brilliant holiday in this apartment. It is stylish, modern, roomy, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It is extremely well equipped with first class furniture and accessories. Outside is a lovely small garden and sitting area. The location is perfect, situated in the old town and only a few minutes walk from Holy Trinity Church. This makes it an ideal location for walking into the town centre along the river. It is also only a 5 mins walk to the start of the Stratford upon Avon Greenway. As well as walking and visiting the sights in Stratford we also went to Leamington Spa by bus and Worcester by train never moving our car once. Alan the owner came to introduce himself shortly after our arrival and gave us all the information we needed. We highly recommend this apartment and would love to return. Thank you Alan and Ruth!

Beautiful, well cared for apartment

My Mum stayed here whilst having renovations on her own property, the owners couldn't have been more welcoming. The apartment is immaculate, cosy and comfortable. Not far from town and with photos on here that accurately show what you can expect. A lovely property, definitely a home from home if you are visiting Stratford upon Avon.
