Casa Bella is a beautiful 3 bed detached Villa with Air con and its own private 8 x 4 pool on the outskirts of Lliber.

This traditional villa has it's accommodation on two levels.

The accommodation comprises: lounge and dinning area, fully fitted kitchen, utility room, naya, shower room and two large bedrooms. Upstairs there is a large bedroom, family bathroom with shower and solarium. Outside there is plenty off road parking, a lovely pool area, ample terracing with built-in BBQ.

The property is located in North Costa Blanca and within the Jalon Valley area, renowned for it's beauty all year round.

Lliber it's self is very charming and has all the normal local amenities you would expect to find, it has bars, restaurants and local shops and is just a 2 minute drive from Jalon itself with a wider choice of places to eat and drink as well as local shops and supermarkets.

This beautiful villa is an ideal base for a holiday in the Northern Costa Blanca being just over and hour´s drive from each of Alicante and Valencia airports and just 20 minutes away from the wonderful coastal resorts of Calpe, Denia, Javea and Moraira with their lovely beaches and lively bars and restaurants.

Gorgeous villa in stunning location

What a wonderful, well equipped villa. So much space, a variety of eating areas, gorgeous pool with stunning views in quiet rural location. Would definitely love to return in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lovely clean house with all the facilities you could wish for including a great DVD collection. The owners were very helpful. The property is well located for Lliber, Xalo, Benissa and is 25 mins drive to Moraira

Perfect if you know the area

A perfect villa especially if you know this area of Spain. Approximately 25 minutes to Moriaria or Jávea, just a few extra minutes to Benidorm or Dénia if using the A7. Well equipped and perfect for a relaxing family break.
