Apartment With Two Bedrooms, Two Bathrooms With Beautiful Ocean Views. If you are looking for a quiet and at the same time central place - this is for you! It is located in el Duque, very luxury aerie, where are mostly hotels of 5 stars. Its 5/7 minutes walking from prestigious el Duque beach and commercial centre Plaza del Duque. The apartment is newly refurbished, furnished and equipped with contemporary style, you have everything for your comfort. The bedrooms are decorated with nice and relaxing colours, the living room is bright and spacious, in the evening you can enjoy the sun set with amazing ocean views. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate utility room. Very cozy and large terrace with the sunshine all day and amazing ocean and mountain views. Apartment is in the quiet and small complex with two pools, in the complex there is video cameras. Both bedrooms has double bed, night tables with nice lamps, fitted wardrobes, views to the ocean, nice sunshine and sunset.

Quiet and away from it all - but not that far from

We were a party of three pensioners who rented this apartment for 14 days in April 2016. The apartment was perfect for our requirements. Viky greeted us upon arrival and showed us everything. The apartment was more than big enough for the three of us. It was wonderfully light and airy. It was equipped with most of what we needed for our stay. The veranda was a wonderful place to relax for an evening meal while watching the sun set over La Gomera.

The apartment was situated on a residential estate rather than in a holiday complex which made it very quiet. As such, though, there were no entertainment facilities outside of the apartment other than the gated pool where we did spend some relaxing times.

The whole complex was very clean and tidy and constantly maintained.

We would consider a car almost essential to stay here (there was absolutely no parking problems for us at the apartment - unlike most of the other, busier areas where parking is a big problem!).

The beach path was about a 20 minute walk away (we timed it one evening - and we were pensioners walking up the hill too!). There is a bus service nearby (La Caleta <-> Adeje/Cristianos) though the bus stops are still quite some way away. We also walked to/from the market in Adeje in about the same time.

We met some of the residents on the complex (English and Spanish) and found them very friendly and helpful.

All in all, if you're looking for a quiet place to relax but within reasonable reach of the more lively areas of Adeje, we would recommend this apartment.

A little disappointing

Having wanted the one bed apartment which was occupied, we opted for the two bedroom one at an understandable higher rent. The apartment is of high quality but the complex is not really a holiday environment, more a residential unit for long stayers or permanent residents. It is quite a walk to a shop or bar and not a good location for those without a car. Our gripes began when we had no water for 6 hours one day we being the only apartment to suffer this problem. Then the Internet was off for the last 2.5 days. No English TV channels. No iron, no hair drier compounded our disappointment. We asked for a refund to compensate for these problems but none was forthcoming. A great week slightly tarnished by domestic issues described . Would not return.
