Apartments located on a 3rd and 4th floor (no lift) and distributed in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms each one (so 6 bedrooms + 4 bathrooms) , a living area, an equipped kitchen and a wonderful shared terrace on the roof equipped with sunbeds, showers, table and chairs to enjoy the Mediterranean weather.

The property is equipped with WIFI, TV with international channels, music system, DVD, air conditioning /heating, washing machine, iron, microwave, kitchenware, bed linens, towels...

Wonderful restaurants, tapas bars, clubs, shops, bakeries, min-markets, etc in the surroundings.

The perfect starting point to discover beautiful Barcelona!

A refundable damage deposit of 150€ is asked on arrival per apartment, and refunded upon the departure.

I'm Philip, I lived in Barcelona for more than 10 years and specially love "La Barceloneta "and the old town with all the pedestrian streets and local life with beach, markets and the cosmopolitan atmosphere.

We enjoyed the stay very much, it was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The check-in went smooth and during our stay we could easily stay in touch with the host if we had questions. The apartment was located across the street from the Born area with all great designer boutiques and narrow streets filled with cafees, restaurant and bars. It was also only ten minutes walk away from the beach. All and all we were truly satisfied with our stay and the service provided

location is great

The location is great. All the things you need are within walking distance. As well as La Rambla Rd. The rooms are spacious and clean with everything we ever need. Every aspect of the house is absolutely perfect. Would definitely come back again.

central location

The house is located in Gothic which is a short walk from the beach. There are lots of places to eat around too. The metro station is less than 5 minutes away so travelling was very easy. It was a cozy place and there are supermarkets conveniently located nearby.

fantastic terrace

We were welcomed at the door by the staff who was great and showed us into the flat. She made the check-in very easy and explained all of the essentials clearly. The flat itself was perfect for the group I was with and managed to easily accommodate us all - the pictures are a very fair reflection of the amount of space, light, cleanliness etc. The location is also really good - and the terrace is also fantastic!
