Boasting the oldest working lighthouse on the Norfolk Coast, Happisburgh (pronounced “Haze-bruh”) is an historic idyll ideal for self catering holidays Norfolk. In addition to the beautiful beach and scenic walks the village holds open days allowing visitors to climb the church tower and visit the Lighthouse. A local barn, open at weekends during the holiday season, is great for families where visitors can see owls and various livestock. Information on local facilities is kept in the property and the owners are available if help is required.

Hello I'm Michael

I have owned The Beach House since it was built in 2006.

I live locally now but originally bought the house to spend time on the beautiful North Norfolk coast as a retreat from busy city life.

I manage the Barn & Beach portfolio, you can find Beach Place, Beach View, Church View (Happisburgh) & Maydrift Cottage (Mundesley) on this site too.

The houses are run and maintained to a high standard so that our guests may enjoy peaceful relaxed breaks on the beautiful Norfolk coast, true homes from home.

Excellent !

What a great place to stay and explore the Norfolk coast line and village's, the bungalow was as advertised and you could not want for anything. Please try the Local pub (Great food and home Brewed beer) plus the fish monger's at the end of the lane,Great fresh sea food and excellent choice.We will be going BACK.

Clean, comfortable and in a good location

Church view is a very nicely presented bungalow with all you need for a holiday. On arrival we found it very clean, tidy and warm. There is ample parking and the rear garden is of a nice size, private and properly fenced to keep your dog in. The location is very quiet and within 5 minutes walk of the Hill House which is a nice friendly local pub. I would recommend this location for a family holiday.

To the south the bucket and spade resorts of Caister & Yarmouth to the west the Heritage coast of North Norfolk

Norwich is approximately twenty miles.

Further Details:

The property is within walking distance of the Happisburgh village amenities such as a shop, public house (which serves food) and a wet fish shop, a local playing field and of course the beach.
