Everything you need!

Myself and 6 friends stayed at Lee's villa for a few days and found it to be the perfect accomdoation for us. The villa is a €10 taxi ride from Puerto Banus and is located in a quiet residential area next to Sol Europa Golf course. It is quiet and equipped with a well kept pool and communal gardens.

The villa itself is lovely and modern with plenty of space to accomodate our party of people. The kitchen has everything you need including full cooking facilities and a dishwasher. The living room is pleasant and opens up on to the patio which leads to the pool. Sky Sports was a huge bonus when we needed an hour out of the sun to watch the football.

One mention must go to Lee who was superb from my initial enquiry through to post stay check ups. He even arranged for some beers and essentials to be at the villa ready for our late eveninr arrival.

I would highly recommend this villa to people willing to treat it with the care that Lee does as this is his personal holiday home.

Having recently stayed at this property I can highly recommend it to others. It is in an excellent location and there are many facilities within a short drive / taxi ride away. There were six adults and my two grandchildren aged 4 and 2 years and there was something for all of us to do. The owner, Lee, was very helpful from booking to departure and nothing was too much trouble for him. The facilities available in the house for the children were particularly impressive. Lee provided us with essentials (food and drink) on our arrival which was very thoughtful. All correspondence was dealt with very quickly. We had a brilliant holiday and I cannot fault the services provided.

Pleasant girly break!

The villa is located in a lovely quiet area just outside of banus. Which was only a 10 euros taxi ride into Banus & 14 euros in Marbella. Which between 7 of us was nothing! The villa was well equipped with linen, towels, utensils and cooking appliances, Lee even got bits in for us to eat/drink as we arrived late. There is a lovely communal garden which is lovely for sunbathing in the daytime and the pool is on the doorstep. All round a lovely villa and would definitely recommend & i am looking into returning with the family too!

Lovely house and owner

Myself and 4 friends stayed here last year. First of all the house is lovely, and is secured in a gated complex. We had a problem with the hot water on arrival but Lee had someone come and look at it as soon as possible. It is about €8 in a taxi so between us it wasn't a lot. He also arranged out transfer which wasn't expensive. Overall pleasant experience. Thanks lee

Amazing property and great host!

This property is exactly what it says it is! It is a great stay. It is very secure, just a short taxi journey from the centre and has a lovely pool. Lee the host is very accommodating and helpful. Very quick to respond and in general just a lovely guy! so thanks Lee!

Highly recommended, we as a group of 10 girls had an absoulely great stay!!

Quality Townhouse in Great Location & Owner

There were 7 of us ranging from 24 - 34 and stayed for a golf/jolly.

Found Lee to be an excellent owner and very helpful before going out, whilst over there and once home. Was refreshing to deal directly with the owner, having rented several times previously, this was by far the easiest and most pleasant rental.

The townhouse itself is excellent. Situated close to the best courses on the Costa del Sol and only a 10 euro ride from the strip of Puerto Banus or the Old Town.

Rooms were spacious and clean, as were the washing facilities.

Pool was of a good size and always a nice temperature.

The kitchen is excellent - very well equipped. Also having two BBQ's makes it an excellent self catering place, with good super markets no more than a 5 minute drive away. There is also a dish washer and washing machine (and ironing board!)

The on site safe is very well hidden. Living room well laid out. Large dining area. Basically loads of space for a group or family.

Would not hesitate to book again and strongly recommend this to any group looking for either a base for golf or night life. You can relax and enjoy your stay, treat it with respect and there will be no issues when returning the keys. Having stayed at other rentals, its always been in the back of my mind about getting unfair penalties re cleaning etc, but never had that here. We did break one glass (sorry!), however Lee was fair and just wanted to know.

Went to one of the local bars for the football and the food/drink was good, so plenty a short drive away (or walk if your not lazy!!)

TV has terrestrial channels (RWC was on) and there was also on site Wi-FI which was of very good quality.

All in all, can't fault it and would venture there is not my better value properties on here.

Activity and Interests

Special interest holidays:

Just an hour away is the popular surfing hotspot Tarifa, one of the European top surfing venues. Everything from kite surfing to boogie boarding is on offer there and all equipment can be hired at the beach.

There are plenty of padel and tennis courts in the area. Also a lawn bowls club that is happy to welcome anyone who would like to play.


A 5 min drive will take you to Mistral beach (nearest beach), there you will find 2 types of beach. A cove style beach with no waves offering all kinds of water sports and a bigger beach with waves. Also there is a fantastic beach bar serving amazing fresh seafood and exotic cocktails.

Within a 10 min drive there are lots of beaches, From the expensive plush ocean club with champagne party's and amazing food and huge pool to the quiet tranquil retreats dotted all along the Marbella coastline.


The house can be reached by a 45 min drive from either Malaga international or Gibraltar airport. A hire car is recommended to enable you see the many sights around the area. We can suggest companies we recommend if required. Fully detailed instructions will be supplied to ensure your arrival runs smoothly. There are maps in the house and on request we can give you info on restaurants, golf, beaches shops etc...


La Campana is a 5 min walk away, here you can find all the local amenities. Also there is the highly acclaimed Neuva La Camapana restaurant. I highly recommend it for a fantastic meal and typical Spanish ambience. There are tapas and sports bars within a short walk, all at not so Puerta Banus prices ! Puerta Banus is a 10 Euro taxi ride away where you can find a huge selection of bars and restaurants overlooking the multi million pound Yachts. there are also many Takeaways that deliver.

Further Details:

This house is in a perfect location for any kind of trip. Whether it be the high life in Puerta Banus you are looking for, or a quiet relaxing family holiday. With so much on offer around you boredom is not an option. A short walk to a typical Spanish village or a short drive to the renowned Marbella or Puerta Banus, will offer some mazing bars and restaurants.

We would like a 30% deposit up front & then the balance to be settled at least 8 weeks prior to arrival. A 500 Euro deposit will be needed & refunded after the house is checked over. The house will be cleaned the day before you arrive and fresh bedding applied throughout. A full itinerary will be checked so if there are any small breakages (glasses mugs etc.) please replace. Also should you have any accidents please make us aware and we will try our best to make it as least expensive for you.

  • Notes on accommodation: The property has air-conditioning throughout, also heating in the winter months. Should the property be needed at full capacity (10 people) there is a small surcharge to pay for the extra linen/laundry and energy costings. The house is strictly no smoking inside the property. Outside: The rear terrace has a 6-8 seater table and chairs, large swing chair and 6 sunbeds. There is a small BBQ and somewhere to hang towels. The rear terrace is only a few paces from the pool which is a few feet from the signature 15 hole at Los Narangos. The large grass area is available for all to use allowing you to place your sunbed right next to the pool or stay by the rear terrace in peace and watch the kids in the pool. There is a covered car park with electric gates and a voice intercom system in place. The urbanisation has 24h monitored CCTV and can only be entered by gate fob making it a really safe environment for everyone. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bath and face towels are included along with beach/pool towels. All linen will be fresh the day you arrive. Extra cleaning or washing can be arranged should you need it at a small extra cost. Other: The large private roof terrace with 2 sunbeds, dining table and chairs and brick BBQ is a perfect place to make the most of the heat in the cooler months and enjoy the evenings in the hotter months. The mountain views are a pleasure to take in.
