Spacious modern 2 bedroom 1st floor apartment with 2 private sunny balconies in a nice quiet complex in Puerto del Carmen; ideal for families and couples set within tranquil grounds with trees, grass, shrubs etc. and only 2 minutes from the beach, bars, shops and restaurants. Large bathroom with walk-in shower and hair dryer. Full equipped kitchen/dining/lounge area; kitchen with electric oven, 4 ring hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery etc. for 4 people. Lounge area with sofa, air-conditioning; WiFi fitted in the apartment, flat screen TV with English channels BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, 2 & 3, Channel 4, Channel 5, RTE1, 2 & 3, CBBC & CBEEBIES and Fox Movies). Doors lead out to both terraces. Table and chairs outside for dining.

fantastic apartment

We are just back from a fantastic week in this gorgeous modern apartment. The location is excellent you literally walk out onto the main strip, however it's quiet in the apartment as its towards the back of the complex. Everything was so easy when booking and you have wifi as well as 2 balconies and 2 bedrooms. Definitely would stay here again. Can't recommend highly enough. Great base!!!

Lovely apartmen

Lovely clean spacious apartment on a quite clean complex.Close to all amenities.wifi an TV reception good comfy beds and good shower.Great balconies with sun all day.

Exactly has it looks in the pictures.Dean and Gllian who manage the property are very nice people.I would certainly recommend this apartment.

Great apartment in an ideal location

I searched lots of websites and accommodations prior to booking this apartment to ensure I met all our requirements.

1. Location to all the fabulous restaurants, Da Vinci, Sorrento D'Italia, Tex Mex, Bollywood etc.

2. No big hills to climb!

3. South facing balcony as we are sun worshippers, with sunbeds.

4. 2 bedroom apartment, with washing machine (as we only take hand luggage), clean modern furnishings on a nice central complex.

5. Great value, with easy booking and communications.

6. Low deposit to allow us to book.

We got all of the above and would highly recommend this to others. Special thanks to Dean, from the management company, who always responded quickly to all my emails and to the cleaner who ensured the apartment was very clean and helped us when we arrived slightly earlier than planned.

this place has it all. great apartment with everything you need, great location & spotlessly clean.

lots of restaurants and bars on your doorstep but still a very peaceful location.

make sure you pop into the tiny bar on the street directly opposite the complex's main entrance & tell them bev & andy sent you!!!!!!

looking forward to coming back.

Perfect Getaway

From the moment I sent my 1st.e-mail enquiry regarding this property until we left I was satisfied with everything about it.The apartment is on the Barcarola complex which is at the new town end of the strip.Whilst it is surrounded by bars,restaurants and nightlife the apartments are set back from the road and are a haven of peace and quiet.The interior is exactly as per photographs but probably larger than it looks on photos.It has been refurbished with new furnishings and appliances -mainly Ikea.The complex is spotlessly clean and well run.There is a taxi rank a few yards away and fare to Old Town is about 4 euros.There is an excellent restaurant at the gate of the complex called Antica Trattoria and there is a pool bar on site serving snacks and drinks.This apartment has a lot of things to reccomend it.

Coast/Beach:

Small beach just a 2 minute walk from the apartment. The 2 larger beaches Playa Grande and Los Pocillos are a short walk along the main Avenida.

Travel:

Arrecife Airport (ACE) is a 10 minute drive from the apartment.

Car hire is not essential. There is a taxi rank to the left outside the main gates of the complex.

Distances:

A 2 minute walk to the main Avenida of Puerto del Carmen where you will find a number of bars, restaurants and shops to suit all.
