Holiday Home, With Private Gardens And Sea Views. 2 Mins walk to the harbour

Overview

Property

Updated: 06-Dec-2016
Bungalow in St Mawes, Cornwall, England - Very Central Location In St Mawes, Stones Throw From Village Pubs, Beaches And Harbour

Chupra enjoys a lovely, quiet location in St Mawes, a five minute walk up a short (and a little steep) hill from the beautiful harbour in St Mawes. The house is all on one level and has views across Falmouth Bay to the entrance of the Helford River in the distance. The house has the benefit of 2 private parking spaces a short walk away from the house along a footpath. It is cosy in the winter with an open fire (logs and coal available from the local shop) and modern electric heating. In the summer months Chupra really comes into its own with the lovely big private terrace and garden - a terrific place for all the family to enjoy. Fully enclosed, it becomes a total suntrap and enjoys evening sun until late. It is a great place to enjoy a BBQ! The house has been continually renovated over the years and benefits from granite worktops in the kitchen, double glazing throughout, a family bathroom and an additional shower room with a useful entrance porch and utility room! This is a perfect place for a family holiday or just for a couple or two looking for a base to explore the beautiful Roseland Peninsula.
