A stunning luxury 2 double bedroom penthouse with private sun terrace offering panoramic views of the Marina, Guadiana River and Portugal. Numerous golf courses are located nearby. The property comprises as follows, Lounge, Private roof terrace, Kitchen, 2 Bedrooms (1 x double - 2 x singles) 2 bath/shower rooms, the master double bed having an en suite. Underground Car Parking with Lift service to the apartment.

Situated in the stunningly picturesque heart of the Old Town of Ayamonte, rich in culture and history, simply a stroll away from the finest tapas bars and restaurants as well as the Plaza Laguna with its many quaint shops in the pedestrian area of the town. At the fishing port along from the marina you can catch the ferry across the River to Portugal. Here there are more shops and a marina in the town of Villa Real when local markets are held and this town renowned for its traditional lace and towels! Beaches in the area are safe for swimming enjoying the good food at the beach restaurants or sunbathing. There are 7 Golf Courses within a 20 minute drive, while the lovely city of Seville is only 1 hour away by bus or car.

Property is located in the town centre which boasts numerous bars, restaurants and shops. Apartment is fantastic for city breaks and so close to Portugal. A car is not essential but for those who love to explore we use the apartment on a regular basis.

Loved our 4 night stay in Ayamonte. Such a great authentic Spanish town.

Apartment was in a fantastic situation. Overlooks the Marina on one side and the front door of the apartment block leads directly onto the bustling streets.

Apartment was very well equipped and provided a great base for our stay.

Really nice 2 bed, 2 bath apartment,centrally located in Ayamonte.Local agent was very helpful,meeting us on the edge of town,and leading us directly to apartment.Apartment clean and spacious.Great balcony with lovely view over harbour and river to Portugal.

Ayamonte is a perfect little Spanish town,full of winding streets and tapas bars.

The apartment was almost perfect for us: the location is ideal, there is sufficient amount of space, all the necessary equipment are available. Water is warmed by gas, and for a newbie it posed a small challenge. Internet connection was flawless, and the speed up to 10 Mbs.

The local representative (Debbie) was very helpful.

I can recommend this apartment without hesitation – actually we´re already making plans for a new visit.

Great time in Ayamonte

I have visited Ayamonte on many occasions, but this visit was even more enjoyable because this apartment is ideally situated and very well equipped.

Centrally located close to the Market and many bars serving Tapas and meals, the apartment offers fine views of the Marina and of Vila Real de San Antonio in Portugal from the south facing balcony. The surrounding area offers many attractions such as beaches, wonderful walks, and fine golf courses.

The apartment is suitable for all ages and different family groupings - would not hesitate to recommend.

Estupendo apartamento con vistas fabulosas

El apartamento es grande y luminoso ,bastante bien equipado y decorado con gusto. Cuenta con una estupenda terraza desde donde se disfruta de una vista fabulosa del puerto,la desembocadura del Río y llega a verse la orilla portuguesa. Se haya ubicado junto al centro y los principales lugares para tapear y hacer compras.

Muy cómodo el hecho de contar con ascesor y plaza de aparcamiento.

Sólo hemos echado de menos una cafetera y el que la cama es bastante inestable .

La única parte negativa del asunto es que al hacer la reserva el precio aparece indicado en euros pero al efectuar el cobro , este se realiza en libras esterlinas sin precio aviso, ya que el propietario es británico.

Aunque la persona de la agencia nos atendió muy amablemente y procedió a devolvernos la cantidad estipulada con el propietario inglés, al final se paga más de lo establecido al cobrarse el Banco el cambio de moneda.

No me parece claro esté aspecto del pago que la página de reservas debería especificar aunque sinceramente si se trata de una propiedad en España no veo porque hay que pagarlo en libras.

Vue sur le port

Excellente location, très bien située. L'appartement est meublé avec goût, le garage fermé est un plus.

La proximité de golfs à des prix bas en décembre, la visite de Séville avec un bus au départ d'Ayamonte, les très belles plages, les stations balnéaires à 15 minutes, nous ont ravis.

L'accueil est chaleureux, Annie, la représentante du propriétaire , est attentionnée.
