Apartment in Los Cristianos, Tenerife, Canary Island - Peaceful Location, 10 Minute Walk To The Beach

The Port Royal complex is in a slightly elevated position and is situated about 10/15 minute walk from the centre of Los Cristianos. The complex is typically Andalusian, with white buildings, individual in style, surrounded by many tropical plants and flowers. There is a Italian restaurant on site , along with many more surrounding the complex, giving you the choice of not only Spanish but Mexican, Indian, Chinese, American and Italian cuisine, to name but a few, and all within a two minute walk from our apartment. However, a gentle stroll down into the town will give you hundreds more to choose from. There is a Large supermarket just 2 mins from the complex to enable you to stock up on essentials. You will also find Car hire shops, places where you will be able to book trips, pick up points, money exchange, cash point machine and a taxi rank, Taxis are plentiful and cheap. The Apartment: Beautiful 3rd floor, light and airy studio apartment, decorated in a modern style with contemporary furniture. The apartment is fully equipped it has satellite TV.with all main UK Channels along with Sky Sports. Los Cristianos once a small fishing village, still retains its charm, and is a delightful place to stay. There are an abundance of outdoor cafes, restaurants and bars along the promenade. In the town there is a picturesque square with some excellent shops, it also boasts a popular Sunday market. This resort is an ideal destination for families and couples of all ages, who appreciate the terrific all year round climate with temperatures rarely dropping below 70F. There is a regular ferry that take you to the islands of La Gomera, El Hiero and La Palma or you could take one of the great variety of excursions eg see The Volcanic Mount Teide the highest mountain in Spain. There is a fantastic local water park Aqualand and Siam Park both are ideal for the children and adults alike with a free bus which picks up in the local area. There are various boat trips from the harbour to watch the whales and dolphins and also a number fishing trips.

There really is something for everyone here from the amazing aqua park, mount Teide, beautiful boat trips to see the whales & dolphins to a array of bars/restaurants.

The area is easily accessible with Tenerife airport just 20 minutes away.

What makes this apartment unique

The property is in a beautiful quiet an very safe complex.

The apartment has everything you should need including a 32" flat screen TV with UK channels along with Sky Sports & a amazing sea view balcony with all day sunshine to sit back and relax on.

There is a heated swimming pool along with a Italian restaurant on site and its just a 2 minute walk to the nearest shop for all your needs.

Outside: There is a communal swimming pool which is heated for 6 months of the year (from the beginning of October to the end of March) with sunbeds available poolside free of charge. There are two Internet Points (in the Owners Office) and a laundry on site. There is Night Cover every night between 11.00pm and 07.00am the next morning. Cleaning / Towels / Linen Towels & linen are included an they are plenty-full ( not beach towels ) and our property maintenance team are on site each day. Cleaning of the apartment takes place before arrival & after departure.

Just back from our weeks stay here, perfect for what we needed! Owners were very helpful and even let us have a later check out with no extra charge. Thanks again samantha and dave :)

Apartment was spotless, had everything we needed. Complex was spotless too and lovely and quiet. Extra bonus was the balcony ..... it was huge and a suntrap later on in the afternoon. Location was perfect too , only a 2 minute walk to the supermarket then only a 5 minute walk to the bars and only a 10-15 minute walk down to the beachfront area.

Me and my partner loved our stay and would definatly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Los Cristianos in the future. Many thanks again to the owners for allowing us to use their lovely apartment :)

Great place in calm district

"Beach house" as written the wall plate there, it is a great place.

We liked how it is decorated, has a lot of place to store anything, kitchenette has a lot of stuff and we always had everything we need to cook or serve. We like a lot very huge balcony, TV was nice to have for relax, bath in good condition. There was also nice without air condition system so we just used fresh air. The main thing also is a very calm district there and the whole complex at all, it was very quite to sleep with open balcony and door even. Shops are nearby there, it was not difficult to find drinks and food. Service is great there, everything was clean.

Nice apartment in quiet complex

Nice apartment, ideal for one person (or a couple) looking for a quiet holiday. Very comfortable. Everything I needed was in the apartment and the satellite TV was a bonus. The complex was quiet, nice pool with plenty of sun loungers. 10-15 minute walk to the sea at Los Cristianos, and lots of bars and restaurants en route. Supermarket 2 minutes away, and another bigger one in the new centre 5 minutes walk away. The complex opposite (Hollywood Heights) has a gym 5 euros per day or 15 euros per week with sauna and jacuzzi.

Fabulous! Highly Recommended! :-)

Young couple staying for ten days in August 2015.

I cannot stress enough how beautiful this apartment is and how much the pictures don’t do it justice. You can tell that the owners have put a lot of thought and money into the decoration.

It is spacious and is set out so that despite being a studio, the kitchen, sleeping and lounge area almost seem separate. There is plenty of storage space and lots of coat hangers. The balcony is large and gets the sun nearly all day as well as a partial view of the sea. It has two loungers, a table and chairs and a rack to dry your towels etc. The bathroom has everything you need: a large mirror as well as hot water (controlled by flicking the boiler switch) and space to store all of your toiletries. The kitchen contains a fridge with a small freezer section, an oven and hob, a kettle and plenty of utensils.

It was very helpful that tucked away in one of the wardrobes was few cool bags and rucksacks to take by the pool so your drinks stay cool. I was delighted to find a selection of books in the drawers under the television that were really varied so there’s no need to buy any to take with you.

I felt really safe in the apartment due to a gate that locks over the apartment door, plus a third bolt lock that can be locked from inside.

The pool area is fab and as the apartments are mainly residential, there’s no rush for sun loungers. There is a vending machine and a cheap water machine by the pool but remember to fill up during the day as it gets locked up around 8pm.

The apartments are located up a few hills but taxis are cheap and it wasn’t a problem at all.

If you have any problems during your stay, Sam the owner is quick to reply with an answer, and is very helpful when planning your trip.

I would definitely recommend this apartment to family and friends. It felt like our own place during our stay and we had such a fantastic time.
