A superb first floor flat one double bedroom apartment with high ceilings and wooden floors presented in immaculate condition and perfectly located in West Kensington.

Only a minute walking distance to West Kensington underground station and 5 minute to Barons Court Station,15 munite walking to High Street Kensington and Notthing Hill 10 Minutes by bus. Only few tube stops from: South Kensington, Knightsbridge, Notting Hill, Mayfair, Hyde park and max 25 minutes to Piccadilly!!! Fantastic location for tourists and professionals.

The property is light and bright and benefits from spacious accommodation and has a small balcony terrace.

Several shops, farmacy, coffeeshops, nice restaurants and local Waitrose and Tesco 1 minute walking distance.

Robin made us feel extremely welcome at his place. Our train was running a bit late and he was there patiently waiting for us with a smile & even helped us get our bags upstairs to the apartment. Once we got up there he went over anything we need to know and answered any questions we had. He even started us off with a few snacks, drinks, etc which was completely unexpected and very nice!

The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Very nice and a lot of room for storage.

The apartment is located very near West Kensington underground which made getting to and from the city center very easy. We would definitely recommend this place to someone who is looking for a nice place, and if fine with using the public transportation for a ride into the city center.

Great property in a great location

We rented this apartment for a two week stay in London. We wanted someplace that was convenient to the the Underground for transportation around London and day trips outside London via rail. It was a three minute walk to the West Kensington station on the District Line and about a six to seven minute walk to Baron's Court on the District and Piccadilly line.

At first glance we wondered if the neighborhood had enough interesting food spots within easy walking distance but we soon found many great places to eat. We especially liked several gastropubs - the Colton Arms and the Atlas, along with great Turkish food and appetizers at the Best Mangal as well as Thai street food at Aroi Thai. Three groceries, were within a three minute walk where we could get everything we needed for making our own breakfasts and snacks (and wine) at night.

The apartment itself is everything that it was advertised to be. It is completely updated with quality appliances, bathroom, internet, TV, etc. The street was quiet even though we were only two blocks from busy North End Road. We would gladly come back again the next time we're in London.

Nice apartment but unappealing building

I stayed alone in this apartment for the better part of three weeks and felt very safe and comfortable. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated, and it seems as though it was recently decorated because everything looks fairly new. It has lots of light coming into both the living room and the bedroom and has been very well designed for a small space. It also is close to an excellent Underground stop which takes you to most of the major sights of the city without having to change lines. Also close by are all the conveniences you might need--grocery stores, coffee shop, cafes, cleaners, pharmacy, etc. Tim and Federica were very attentive to every question I had (and there were plenty), responding within hours of when I asked. The only downside (and that is why I rated this three stars instead of five) is the entrance to the apartment and the transient feel to the neighborhood. Don't be fooled by the entrance because it is somewhat dank and shabby and has dirty trash barrels on the steps--but you step into an apartment that is light-filled, clean and very pleasant. You also should be aware that the bathroom is on a lower floor so there are steps down into it from the bedroom. I highly recommend this apartment for its nice furnishings and well-thought out design and for the responsiveness of the owners. Just wish the building, hallway and stairway could be cleaned up a bit.

Clean, modern, good position

Very clean and modern unit in a handy position close to two underground stations. West Kensington only 4 minutes from the unit on the District Line. Our favorite Restaurant just around the corner is Best Mangal. a Turkish Restaurant with friendly service and good quality food. We would happily stay there again..

Amazing West Kensington

I rent this apartment for 8 days during april and I was lucky with the weather during my journey. It was a chance in London. The owners Tim and Federica were so professionals, they accomodating me with some specials requests. Tim was there when I'm arriving very early in the morning on april 16th ! I really appreciated everything they done for me.

I should recommend this apartment for those reasons and for the situation of the apartment. There is two subway stations not far from the apartment, supermarkets, wine shop and everything you need during your stay.

This apartment is safe and beautiful.

This apartment is an elegant, light filled delight. Triple windows, a balcony and immaculate comfortable furnishings make it a wonderful space to spend time sitting and enjoying the quiet suburban street, which belies the central location, and the multitude of restaurants, mini markets and coffee shops just down the street. Transport links are excellent and numerous. Front door to Heathrow Terminal 4 took me only 45 minutes on the regular tube from Barons Court.. Robin could not have been more helpful. Simply superb and highly recommended to any London visitor.
